Had a small wiring job. They never provided an invoice, but charged me $500. They also lost the cover for my battery. Called at least 6 times to get an invoice and understand what they could have charged me for. No one ever replied. Finally, called the manager, Rich Slaughter, twice. No response. Try another facility or be prepared to pay a lot.

They are all about your safety. Safety first! Great company. They train their employees. They fly you out to Indiana for training. They pay for your flights, room, and dinners, they but you lunch while in class, you get a service truck and they pay for your gas/fuel. Safety first! I can actually say I love my job...! Dickinson Fleet Services a great group of people to work with.. And or for.

The worst possible fleet service you can use. They don t perform quality repairs, they don t pay their vendors, their customer service representative named Charlesse is probably the worst I ve ever dealt with in the multiple years I ve been doing this. Don t recommend, won t recommend.

They are really disrespectful they charged me $867 FOR ONE FREAKING INVOICE are you kidding me they never answer a phone and IM TIRED OF THERE ATTITUDES I RECOMMEND GETTING YOU CAR FIXED BY YOUR MOM SHE COULD DO A BETTER JOB AND AFTER THEY FIXED MY CARE FOR 1076 DOLLARS IT BROKE DOWN THE NEXT DAY AND THE COMPANY IS WAY TO UNORGANIZED !!

The kind of mechanical service they offer is very poor. They don't value any of there hire mechanic. They only focus on numbers even if the mechanic has to go back 10 times. They have a 95 percentage turn around most tech Last 6 to 8 months.

DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT HAVE YOUR TRUCK SERVICED HERE!!!!! Have your wife try to fix it first, she'll probably do a better job. I wish there was a Zero stars, because they don't even deserve one star. I don't like to complain or have time to complain, but it is essential that other customers know what they are not getting by going here to have their semi serviced. We were told our truck would be looked at on Tuesday. We dropped it off on Sunday, so they would have it. Then when we called on Tuesday for the diagnosis they told us the truck would not be looked at until Friday. On friday when we called they told us that now it wouldn't be looked at until the following Friday, 10 days after it was supposed to be looked at. That Friday we called at 4:10, because apparently they don't call you to tell you what they find, and was told that the guy that looked at it, (who wasn't even in at 9 am that morning-nobody answered the phone), was already gone for the day and did not leave any written documentation or note anywhere stating what was wrong with the truck, so we would have to call back on Monday to find out. So.....now we call on Monday and are told what needs to be done (injector cups need be replaced-which we really knew when we dropped it off), but they want an additional 7 hours of labor to take the head off. The head does not need to be taken off, verified by two repair shops. This is the most unprofessional, unorganized, mismanaged place I have ever seen. I guess when you gouge customers after leaving them to hang out to dry, customer service and your reputation doesn't matter.
