Highly recommend. Everyone we dealt with was professional yet easy-going from start to finish. The movers showed up on time, worked quickly, and took good care of our stuff at a very reasonable rate. During an otherwise stressful time, they gave us peace of mind.

Timing was perfect. Paul is professional to talk to. The only thing that needs to done is the wrapper they used to our furnitures (sofas, dining chairs). I am not sure if they wash those wrappers before using. Our fabric sofas and chairs were full of dirt and dust when they delivered those. Something that frustrate me because I had to vacuum those and probably needs to call fabric cleaners.

Highly recommend Western Moving! Competitive pricing, excellent service and professional movers. On the day of our move, Tim, Brian and Devon showed up early and got to work right away. They treated our goods and furniture respectfully, surgically packing the moving truck so all was safe during transport. Anything we needed help with, the moving team was happy to take on. Tim, Brian and Devon were also very respectful around our kids which I really appreciated. Everything was completed on time and on budget. A nice bonus too was that nothing was damaged!

We had Western move my father back into Edmonton. Bryan and Rod showed up on time and ready to work. They wrapped everything and were a great team. Because of the distance they had to travel, they were unable to unpack him the same day. They arrived the next morning with another man to help them named Andrew. They worked quickly and followed our numerous instructions. They even let us help out a bit - we are a hands on family. From the start of the move to the end, the fellows were friendly and even joked and smiled with us. I felt quite a fondness to Bryan as he seemed to be a warm and caring fellow. This team worked seamless together and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone that needs a moving company. They even came under what was quoted for pricing. Great job!

Patrick showed up as our driver, the same day our furniture was packed in Victoria, right from the beginning, he and Terry worked as a team and exuded confidence which immediately gave us confidence that our move was in good hands. On Load day, Patrick had lined up a crew to load us which consisted of other drivers, which worked like clock work. The care they provided for our house hold goods (and my Harley) was extremely appreciated and exemplary. They left our rental home in great shape with no damage whatsoever, and had me look at the way they had items that meant the most to us loaded in order to give us peace of mind. Patrick cares about his customer and wants to make sure you have peace of mind during an already stressful time, and this was easily reflected by the crew he chose to load us in Victoria with a destination of Moose Jaw. Thank you Patrick!!! Greatly appreciate the professional service!!

Additional Review:

Patrick communicated with us his intent and let us carry out what we needed to do with our Lawyer and Real Estate Agent in order to get our home possession accomplished before planning to off load. This is the first time we have had a driver ask when we would be available to unload our furniture. All other moves we have done before, we have always been pressured by drivers to unload early when we did not even have our place yet, followed by threats of storage fees. This was NOT the case with Patrick, we found him to be accountable, patient and willing to work with us to make sure we once again had as little stress as possible. We did our walk through with our Agent and had just finished when we got word that Patrick was going to be at our home as agreed upon 5 days earlier.... and not within an hour or so... literally to the minute. As with our Load, Patrick chose a crew to unload our stuff that were careful and considerate of not just our furniture and vehicles, but also our newly purchased home. We saw everyone of the guys taking the time to straighten out runners when they saw them bunch / twist, dispose of garbage in trash bags provided and ensure they were cautious carrying our stuff into each room. Any issues were presented to my wife and I with full accountability and transparency. By far the best move of the four we have had to do in the last 7 Years. Thank you Patrick for caring for your customers and moving us to our new home!!

Joe and his guys (Andre and ??) were absolutely fantastic. Excellent communication, on time meet up and very quick and efficient. Moving can be stressful but these guys take the pressure off and treat your stuff like their own. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for the best.

We are relocating bk to Scotland, Uk. We got a recommendation from Facebook about Western removers. We were not disappointed. From the initial consultation with Paul to the team of removers on 31st. Showed professionalism, in their care of our personal processions. Kept us informed of their progress as the day went on. Carefully wrapping, packing and storing into truck. Went the extra mile to collect boxes from our storage unit too.

I had a little bit of a rocky start when first trying to contact this company, but that was very quickly resolved and I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about the professionalism and high customer service standards they have starting from the owner, all the way down to the movers. The owner really cares about making sure the customers are 100% satisfied with their move, while still offering the most affordable service in the city.

I had Tim, and Scott for my move. They showed up exactly at the time they were scheduled for, which instantly got my moving day off on a great start. The two were extremely efficient, and had my belongings all packed up and ready to go in about an hour, while the whole time being courteous and not damaging, or scuffing a single inch of furniture, or wall. They seemed organized and knew exactly what needed to be done, but still made the effort to be friendly and quite funny at the same time.

I highly recommend Western Moving + Storage, and have already passed the name along to friends of mine who are planning moves in the future.
