HRV North Shore Review

A good sales man talked to us into buying a $6k+ HRV system and promised it is modern looking and would be easy to control house temp. We ve lived in the house for almost a year now and it does not do the job HRV promised it would to do at all. We so regret that we put our budget into this system with no discernible results. And we are so upset with the installation! Not only did they made a huge mistake in my wardrobe by cutting an extra hole in the middle of my cupboard but also left most of the sawdust on the floor when they left! Plus, I haven t mentioned that the machine in our roof space takes up so much space and is so ugly. They didn t tidy the tubes at all!!! Very disappointed with the product we received compared to the money we spent.

We have had an HRV system in our home for many years now and we are very happy with the overall performance as we get no condensation and the house warms up very quickly in winter as the air is dry.
Recently we had a problem with a fan not working, Jayden attended and very quickly sorted things out.
Very happy with the outcome and everyone we worked with were very friendly and helpful, especially Jayden.

Professional A team who installed HRV Votex extractor fan and Intelliswitch perfectly in the bathroom. Highly recommended for bathrooms as very powerful and efficient. I have Vortex systems install in all 3 bathrooms

We had our system installed a few years back and from the first consultation we have been impressed with the level of service we have received.

Invariably knowledgeable, polite, respectful and friendly, their customer service has been above reproach.

They are on time, professional and efficient every time.

We took out the Service Contract offered and it has been good value, in that while we have only had a couple if issues over the years, we don't have to remember when a service is due. They contact us and arrange it at our convenience. We know the system is all up to scratch and working as it should.

The two technicians were quiet, efficient and very courteous.They arrived at the agreed time and after some discussion and explanation set to work. After 4 hours of intensive activity, the Panasonic unit was installed and operating. (Thought was even given to ensuring that the outside unit did not encroach on the cat door!) Complete cleanup and they left.......a very satisfactory installation.

Great service from HRV North Shore, quick and reasonably priced, will use again and highly recommend.
