First time there very helpful and friendly excellent place for the renavators

The whole team at western distributors made selecting the product extremely easy. I had other companies come out and give quotes which were double the price of western distributors and no where near as good quality.

David micallef who installed my flooring did an absolutely amazing job, talked me through the whole process and made sure I was 100% satisfied with the work done. Living in an apartment building he was also very considerate to my neighbours and not once was there any mess left anywhere!

Started with great customer service from Mary and Ended with a fantastic job done by Mark. He arrived and hit the ground at a trot and never stopped. Mark was worried that he would not finish and stayed back to get the job done. Very happy with his workmanship. a bloke that obviously cares about what he does and is not just in it to upsell as much he can. Will be dealing with both of them again in a few weeks for some more floorboarding. Great Job Mark and Mary thankyou

I purchased carpet for my living room several weeks ago and paid in full in advance. Bad move. I organised day off work when the carpet was going to be laid. Confirmed with the carpet layer in the morning. All ok. Received a last minute call from Western Distributors to say carpet was stuck on the wharf and they couldn't do it for another week! Surely they would have known this sooner. Very disappointing service.

For Many years we have used this company. Always we get a good job. The staff know their job well. All my friends and family use this company as well never ever has there been any issues. Great Service. Great Price!

Provided quote, then on the day refused to do work due to a significant 'underquote'. The real quote came in much higher, and other options would have been far better if not for now having a deadline. The lesson learnt is that I should have noted previous reviews also noting significant price jumps on day of install, where people were time-bound because of tenants, etc moving in imminently. I would like to make Lina and John Velardo aware of this.
