Provided quote, then on the day refused to do work due to a significant 'underquote'. The real quote came in much higher, and other options would have been far better if not for now having a deadline. The lesson learnt is that I should have noted previous reviews also noting significant price jumps on day of install, where people were time-bound because of tenants, etc moving in imminently. I would like to make Lina and John Velardo aware of this.
