I purchased carpet for my living room several week...

I purchased carpet for my living room several weeks ago and paid in full in advance. Bad move. I organised day off work when the carpet was going to be laid. Confirmed with the carpet layer in the morning. All ok. Received a last minute call from Western Distributors to say carpet was stuck on the wharf and they couldn't do it for another week! Surely they would have known this sooner. Very disappointing service.
