Good day out for all the family. Being able to drive around all the animal enclosures is very enjoyable. Some of the animals were brave enough to come very close to the cars, which the children enjoyed very much. It is far more fun seeing the animals moving around their pens, than seeing them in cages at zoos.

Always a fantastic experience. Each enclosure is a good size and the animals seem to have enough space to go away from people if they don't fancy socialising with us that day! Not the cheapest day out but definitely worth it.

Organised day out from a residential care home. Everything here is well run. Animals look well and happy in their surroundings. We got to see the new baby rhinos much to the delight if us all in the mini bus. Toilet facilities clean and modern. Dinosaur aspect of the park amazing and informative.

My whole family love it here. The drive through safari is an amazing experience, feeding zebra and giraffe through the car window!
The walk through zoo is fab too, definitely catch the sea lion show, its so good.
The dinosaur and ice age display is a bit tired and in need if repair in some places but my kids dont seem to notice.
The rides are a bit pricey but there's a variety of ticket options available, you dont even have to pay for any if you want to avoid them. The free return ticket is a fabulous idea, we come twice every year and love it so much.

Really great place to take the young kids and old. Only issue is you have to purchase additional bands to go on some rides, maybe they can incorporate that into the price like other theme parks

Having spent the day here, I found it a fantastic opportunity to see wildlife close up. All of the animals appear to be in great condition and well looked after. All of the park staff seem polite and knowledgeable.
Great place.

Found the actual safari park somewhat lacking, there were not that many animals to see and it kind of got a bit boring after a while. The theme park was ok, although it was a busy day the queues for rides were not massive. Its much more cost effective to buy the wristbands rather than pay for each ride, but it is nice to have the option.

Would have rated higher but the giraffes were penned in because of that stupid woman trapping a giraffes head in her car. Why pen them in? They didnt do anything wrong. Pen that stupid woman in. Also people kept calling the lemurs monkeys. There is clearly a problem with idiots getting in to the park. Stop the idiots getting in and let the giraffes out.

Safari park itself was great, had a good time in the attractions, didn't manage to see the animals in reserve as it had closed early, staff didn't know what time the reserve was closing and advised us incorrectly. Bought animal food was unable to return even though it hadn't left the car. Was told that it was my fault I didn't know what time the reserve closed, even though multiple members of staff told us a variety of times. The only resolution offered was for us to snitch on what staff members told us the incorrect time so they could address it with them. Terrible service for what would have been a very simple solution. Beware, Safari park can make small issues ruin your day.

Been going here since I was a kid. But I have never been so disappointed as I was the last couple of times, but this was far the worst. It should be called a deer park practically as that seems to be what most of the animals are now. It seems everything is being pinned on the white lions as that's the only decent enclosure now that they moved the tigers out of. We went around the animals at 3pm knowing that the last entrance into them is 5pm. But most of the had been or were in the process of being put away for the day. Even as we were leaving they were still letting people go in knowing they'd put the animals away. When we complained all we got was a shrugged shoulder. We won't be going back unless it improves substantially.

Wish I had taken on board all the negative feedback before I booked the tickets. Do not waste your money! Overcrowded (even to pre-covid standards). Drive through safari is a joke. Spent hours in the car with moaning kids and very few animals to be seen, chocking with fumes. You will see more wildlife going to your local park.

Great family day out. Ideal for all age groups, so much to see and do it's fabulous. We did the Safari twice, Dino trail, the small bird walk with the nectar was brilliant, an Easter egg hunt and both kids got a prize after, a few rides and the reptile show. We got there at 10am and left at 5. Well worth the money.
Food and drink is expensive but plenty of picnic areas around. Staff were so friendly and very knowledgeable about all the areas.
We can't wait to come back :-)

Fab day out for the whole family, the drive through Safari is awesome, takes about 90 mins as the giraffe section is slow, grab a box or two of food on the way in and the whole trip is such a good laugh. The kids were buckled when the animals try and stick their heads in the windows. After the Safari, you can use the fair to continue the days entertainment. Only negative is the additional cost for the rides, not the cheapest. Overall a great day, all you need is the sun !

A little shabby, and decidedly run down in other areas. Staff great - but place definitely needs a thorough audit, spring clean and much maintenance. Shame, because it was a great venue ..... and still could be, with better management and a lot of money

Excellent day out, entry to safari is steep but you get a free return ticket ( valid for 3 months) so essentially 2 trips for the price of one. The amusement park side has lots to do for all age children and adults alike

Great day out for the kids if not a little on the pricey side for what you get. The safari itself has a nice variety of animals to see and all seem well taken care of, couple of the enclosure's didn't have the greatest layout which meant missing some of the animals. In the adventure park it costs extra to go on the rides, either by a wristband or pay per ride with a ticket machine dotted around, when you find one that works! Dinosaur parks were fun. Food section seemed good but we took our picnic which most seemed to do.
