West Lakes HyVee Review

I had no idea Hyvee made panini's! This was awesome!

A little disappointed that Trenton (0056) flipped my 2 liter soda on the floor. No apology. No offer to replace it. All he could say was, Is this yours? I should have opened it in front of him after I paid for it to show him what happens when you shake up sodas.

My husband and I would highly recommend Hyvee West Lakes Catering to our family and friends. We had our wedding at The Tea Room and every part of our experience with Hy-Vee West Lakes was spectacular. We received so many compliments on how good the food tasted and on how beautiful the presentation was.

Stacey Sample went above and beyond to help make our day perfect. She was professional, organized and personable. She was easy to communicate with and was prompt in her responses via email and phone. Our wedding plans were constantly changing with the COVID restrictions in place. Stacey was flexible, positive, and creative so that our day could be everything we hoped it would be. She was the ultimate problem solver and made our day stress free.

Friendly employees, food was fresh, and they always deliver as promised and not too expensive

Went there last night to pick something up wrong price on item when asked about the mistake to cashier she called a manager named Shelley she claimed the item was in the wrong spot so I opted not to get it so when I tyres to pay for my other items the cashier did not know how to take payment for my items on 2 cards so I just left when I left I decided to call store to find out y cashier did not know how to take 2 cards but the main manager was not there so they asked if I wanted to talk to another manager I said sure guess who answer my friend Shelly the manager the minute I said hi she would not stop running her mouth about price match even tho that's not what I was calling about in the first place then when she finally stopped talking about price matched after I had to tell her shut Up cuz she would not then I explained about the cashier and she said well cashier only had one day of training and left by herself that's a shame hy-vee will never go their again and by the way if she worked for me and spoke to one of my customers like that I would FIRE her on the spot learn how to respect customer's SHELLY

Fresh made Pizza bar. Takes 6 minutes to cook, with what ever you want on it.
Don't forget to ask for the punch card, buy 10, 11th one is free. Most pizzas are 5 bucks, this one here in the pic was 8, I added lots of other stuff to the classic Margarita.

Disgusting bathroom. Makes you wonder how the operation looks behind the doors.

HyVee did an amazing job catering our wedding! It was hot and fresh for everyone and tasted so very good! Stacy, the catering manager, is very personable and easy to work with. Also as an added benefit the setup of everything is beautiful! Above and beyond my expectations! Get the cheese and grapes!!! The whole display was amazing! Thank you so much for helping make my day perfect!

I love my local Hy-vee. Great selection of meat and seafood (not the #1 quality in town but pretty fresh and reasonably priced). Chef Alex at this Hy-Vee is amazing - they catered my wedding! Also my family enjoys going to the monthly trivia nights. Their sushi isn't bad either! Nice selection of "Build Your Own Six Pack" craft beers that features local breweries.
