I have been doing business with Blonder's Appliances for over 25 years. The staff is EXCELLENT .. They know product and are always friendly w/ the " What can I do to help attitude" Five Star is too low of a score for this family owned business.. Do yourself a favor and buy your appliances here. You will not regret that decision.

A nice local business. Sometimes they can get you a good deal. Other times, not so much. Their sales and delivery guys were really nice. It's too bad they don't do installations ... this is a missed opportunity for them.

If you aren't crunched for time, wait until the BIG sales like Black Friday and you can get KILLER deals at the big box stores or Sears. For these Blonders were not able to even come close. For a really great french door fridge, we got it the same thing for $1200 that would have cost $500 more at Blonders - BUT - that was a Xmas special. Blonders is pretty good for year-round stuff.

Basically, we'll use Blonders or the Sears at Franklin Mills. Whomever has the better deal wins our business.

Was looking to buy numerous high end appliances for our new kitchen. Salesman had an attitude, telling us what we should and shouldn't buy. Very unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend..

Needed an oven a day before thanksgiving (after Sears failed on their guaranteed delivery).
Great people, in stock items with great prices, services and immediate availability of the needed items. Great to deal with a local merchant who still recognizes the need for friendly, quick and helpful service.
Worth the drive. Skip the Big Box Stores. They have no advantage over this local merchant.

In January of 2020 I bought a clothes washer from Blonder's. In February, I went back to Blonder's to buy a fridge. Both times they were professional (both the sales team and the delivery people). Delivery wait times were reasonably short for both our purchases. Their prices are reasonable and they employ their own delivery people rather than a third party. I plan to use them in the future for any of our kitchen and laundry appliance replacements..

Sales people are very friendly and helpful. They ask what you are looking for and match you up to a product. They do not try to sell you something that you are not interested in buying. If you need it delivered, you'll probably have to wait a couple days. Best bet, pick up yourself the next day and if you can install, do it yourself. Pricing is very good! Would definitely go back again.

I looked up scratch and dent stores and this came up. When I went in and asked the salesmen they were very dismissive bordering on rude. When I inquired why they came up under scratch and dent they said google popped their name up whenever appliances was searched.
So I wasted my time driving there and they dismissed me as a not important customer when they could have potentially tried to sell me something.
I will not be returning or recommending this store to anyone.

I tell them what I like and they point me in the right direction. Never had a bad experience here. In the past 20yrs we've bought all our appliances here as needed.

We just had a very positive experience getting a refrigerator from Blonder's. The salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly. The refrigerator was delivered when they said it would be. The installation was amazing. The two installers were friendly, thorough, and took great care with our home. Highly recommend!

Very pleased! Visited the store and the salesman was very knowledgeable! I ordered a dishwasher. When It came in damaged, they called me to let me know. And offered me a free upgrade to a stainless dishwasher since they had it in stock. Delivery was on time and they were very courteous! I ve used Home Depot and Lowe s before and would never go back. I would highly Recommend Blonder s to everyone!

If you want to buy locally and your not a fan of big box stores, Blonder s is a good choice. We have always considered them to be knowledgeable, competitive prices and honest.

Terribly disrespectful on the phone, and mocking my computer skills, wonder how they treat the elderly. Then made a joke about charging more if I would like. Super funny.

We have been dealing with Blonder's for years now and had another great experience with them. I've dealt with the same guys (Mark, Mark and Dave) every visit there and the same delivery / install team.

Our dishwasher died and wanted a newer version of what we had. Went there, ordered it and a week later is showed up as promised. They did a great job installing the appliance, cleaned up and took the old one away. It's nice dealing with the same guys all the time. I know who is coming to do the job. We highly recommend Blonder's.

I purchased a Speed Queen washer and dryer from Blonders. Mark was very knowledgeable about the appliances and answered all of my questions but he was not pushy. My husband took delivery of the washer and dryer and he said the delivery men were very professional. We were so impressed that we have told family and friends to shop there.

I was in the market for a new oven, dishwasher, and microwave. After visiting several applince stores, includung a couple of big box stores, my nieghbor suggested to go to Blonders. From the moment I walked into thje store, these people were nothing but attentive, polite, compassionate, and helpful. I had my appliances delivered by their own crew and they could not be more careful. If there was a rating higher than 5, I would give it to them. I recommend going to Blonders for ALL your appliance needs. A special thanks to Mark Blonder.

I *rarely* write reviews, but I'd be doing a great disservice to Blonder's if I didn't. The salesperson (Marc H.) couldn't have been more helpful. Knowledgeable, professional, no pressure whatsoever. And after we had been to at least 5 other stores, we realized his price was 10% LOWER than anyone else's. They delivered our washer & dryer today, and I have to say, I have NEVER met 2 nicer or more polite young men in a long time. Where did they get these guys? They were AWESOME! (Just for the record, it was Fran and Tom.) They took out our old appliances, taking great care not to dent the doorways or moulding, and installed our new ones in no time flat. Then, they ran the machines through the various cycles and explained the features of each extensively. My wife & I were blown away. Customer service like this can't be found anywhere, let alone in this, the age of the Big Box Store. Great price, great service. What more could you possibly ask for? THANK YOU BLONDER'S!

We have been dealing with Blonder's for about a year. We initially purchased a side by side refrigerator in black for our newly renovated basement. The delivery team arrived on time - as promised & did a remarkable, if not almost unbelievable job carrying it down very steep steps & then squeezing it thru a narrow door with literally a 1/2 inch of space on each side. The fridge looks fantastic & works as designed! This great first impression led us to purchase all stainless steel appliances for a new kitchen, which included a 28 cu ft fridge, a 36" six burner gas oven, a double electric wall oven and a commercial grade exhaust that was customized to accommodate an exterior vent & backslash. During the selection phase, Mark & Dave took the time to look up numerous specs and dimensions for the appliances and ensured the information they passed to us was accurate and up to date. Although we initially were leaning with black matte finishes, both Dave & Mark remained patient, flexible and ever eager to help us in making the right selection for our kitchen design. As soon as they were permitted to do so, Blonder's contacted us during the recent business shut down and quickly delivered our appliances. Upon the completion of our kitchen, we experienced a few minor glitches with the exhaust, fridge & dish washer. Although our biggest challenges came with the management of the service department, Mark stood by us as we dealt with the company by personally intervening & contacting a regional sales rep who was able to cut thru the BS and get our products properly serviced. That superior level of customer loyalty and service has unfortunately become the exception rather than the rule these days - and the folks at Blonder's Appliances not only meet those expectations - they exceed them - period! If a consumer is searching for value, affordability, and highly knowledgeable staff who remain responsive and supportive AFTER the sale is made & the products are delivered, start your search with Blonder's; they've earned our praise the old fashioned way - they worked for it.
