Worked out a problem with my vehicle..thanks for the help

I do not understand why an oil change cost approx. doubled in 9 months. Especially with oil under $40/bbl. In the future I will now shop around for maint. and new car purchase.

Good service did exactly what they said they where going to do.

Every person that we came into contact with were very professional and went out of their way to help us. We were very happy with the service and attention that we received.

Just amazing from the moment we walked in. We have been looking everywhere for awhile in almost every surrounding area and I m so happy it was in our own town that we found our vehicle. The process was fast and smooth which is what you want for a purchase like this. Will always recommend them.

A great dealership. I purchased a used F-150 and was pleased with the experience. I dealt with Andy and he was the exact opposite of a used car salesman. He was honest and helpful from the first phone call. I bought a used F-150 from the Chrystler dealership in Johnson City TN last year and it was a horrible experience. When we couldn't find what we wanted nearby we took a risk and it paid off. Even living an hour and a half from them, I would look for my next vehicle here.

April 2017, I drove to West Jefferson to buy a 2004 GMC Sierra that only had 82,000 miles. I was told by the sales manager that truck had over $2000 worth of repairs done including changing the brakes lines. Last week my brakes went completely out while driving. I had to go through a stop light on red, blessing nothing was coming the other way. I took my truck to my mechanic and found out I have mutiple leaks in my brake lines. My brake lines and fuel lines are completely rusted. My mechanic told me he is concerned about working on the truck because there is so much rust he is afraid of what might brake trying to fix all the issues. The dealership had "blacked" the truck underneath covering all the rust. I now realize the sales manager told me about changing the lines (particularly when I never asked) because they knew there was a problem and figured I would not question or check, which I did not, so that is my fault for trusting a dealer. I called the dealership and was told and I quote "you did buy a 2004 truck from the mountains." Very true, but never thought a reputable dealer would sale a truck in that condition. It's my fault I should have had the truck inspected by an outside mechanic, but thought I could trust a reputable Chevrolet dealer. I was reminded by them that they fixed a check engine light. The light came on while I was test driving it. It was a sensor. They only fixed it because they knew I would not buy with it on. Beware of buying used at West Jefferson Chevrolet. Your families safety could be at risk.

Not good, don't stand behind what they say. Quick to make a sale, but after that your a nobody to them. They will say whatever it takes to make a sale and forget everything after the papers are signed.

The service department s treatment of their customers is absolutely pitiful and beyond rude! We have been receiving safety recall notices in the mail for my GMC Denali, called and made the appointment to get them fixed and have the car checked out, they had my car for well over 4 hours and did not fix a single recall on the car. Safety recall, mind you and I have a 2 year old that rides in this car daily, their excuse was that there was no recall. Not only that, for an oil leak that we have checked with other places and is going to cost at most $500, the Chevrolet place wanted $1365! They are trying to rob hard working families! I am so glad that we found someone honest enough to give us a fair price and not charging an arm and leg.

I found the truck I was looking for on gurus. It was located at West Jefferson Chevrolet. Their pricing was very competitive and transparent. Kyle Denny was excellent to work with and made the experience very pleasant. It was definitely worth the the 2 hour drive to this dealership. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle!

Called to get approximate price to change oil, lady stated around $50, Left my 2006 Chev Colorado and ask for just an estimate on how much to replace driver door window motor, my oil change bill was $112.48, they charged me for the estimate!, The lady I talked to never stated to me there is a charge to look up estimate prices. Very Very disappointing, they can get me once but not twice 12/31/2019

I went in to get a key fob programmed thought it was overpriced but I had to have it done

Brought my truck in for service work, when done drove home was looking at the parts that were replaced turned out it was parts from Autozone, guess they don't use Chevy parts anymore but I bet I was charged Chevy parts price. In the future will just buy parts myself and install them. I've never been impressed with Autozone in the first place especially with there manager Chris Reed he puts on a good act that's about it always issues with there parts.

This is the place to go if you re looking for a car. Andrew took real good care of me and even took the time to explain every step of the process making it go faster and easier. They re real nice and friendly folks. Go check em out, you won t be disappointed.

I cannot tell you how refreshing it was to visit West Jefferson Chevrolet after looking for several months and visiting multiple dealerships. There really are still honest people in the world, and you will find them at this dealership! I can't say enough about Kyle, my sales rep, and Johnny Savage, the manager. Alan and the business manager was awesome also. I am sorry I did not have the privilege of meeting the owner who told Kyle when he hired him,
"I will fire you for two things: if I ever catch you lying to someone, and if you don't show up for work."
Wow! No wonder Johnny and Alan drive an hour to be able to work for this true gentleman.
Being a woman car shopping is quite a challenge, but these guys made you feel well taken care of in every way. I don't normally write a lot of reviews, but these folks so deserve it. Thanks again West Jefferson Chevrolet for my great vehicle and all your efforts!

I went to W.J. Chevrolet to buy a used car or truck and ended up leaving with a brand new car. I ve been a customer at this dealership for about 2.5 years now. Every interaction, with every staff member, has been professional, pleasant, and satisfying. This service appointment was primarily for a recall and a state inspection, which is required for the annual vehicle registration process. A couple of days before the appointment, Leah, my service advisor called to verify my appointment, that I had made online. When I arrived, she promptly greeted me, verified my information, and took my keys. A little over an hour later she came and got me, reviewed the work done, and walked me to the cashier. Friendly, professional, and competent. The checking out experience is always terrific. The staff are professional, courteous, friendly, and engaging. Even though there is another dealership closer to where I live ( I have to pass it to go to West Jefferson), the staff here is what keeps me coming back. They make you feel like a valued customer, each and every time

Recently I purchased tires for my 2017 Yukon Denali at WJ Chevy and had an excellent experience! When I went to pick up my car, I was told some sensors on the tires were bad and would need to be replaced. Scott Richards, service manager told me if I could wait a few minutes he thought he could fix the problem which he promptly did. Also, I had a taillight out which he researched and found a way for it to be covered under warranty, otherwise it would have cost $850. I feel that Mr. Richards went out of his way to make me be a satisfied customer. He did not have to do all this, but I appreciate the honesty, integrity, knowledge and experience he showed in resolving my issues.

Service department drains money from customers depending which mechanic works on your vehicle. Seriously.

I inquired about a silverado and got a call today from john roten. I was wanting to trade my 2007 tahoe ltz in. I gave mr.roten all of my information and explained fully what i needed and was looking for. He said that he understood and would get back with me. An hour went by no response so i text and said any luck? No mr carter my boss is out. So i waited until almost 5 and text back agian any luck? His response was too much negative equity cant get it financed so i asked how much trade were yall allowing? No response then 30 mins later we were gonna give you 7000 for your tahoe. Needless to say i was not happy. My tahoe retails for close to 15000!!! I understand you dont get retail for trade ive worked in this industry for years. And on top of that they had already ran my credit witch means a lower score. When i said something about this it was sorry guess we should have took a diffrent route!!!!!! So very displeased with the way i was treated

The experience I had at West Jefferson chevorlet was great.i called about a truck on a Saturday afternoon about 2:30 and was wanting to come look at truck ,they close at 4pm on Saturday, i was 2hrs away.andrew the salesman said he would wait on me.I got there about 4:40 pm,there was Andrew and two other guys waiting on me.i test drove the truck and loved it,had not planned on keeping them guys long,but they got right on dealing with me on purchase of the truck after closing,I left there at 7:30 with my new truck.i enjoyed dealing with them,it's hard to find people to go out of their way to help people.i would recommend dealing with them to others and dealing with them again.i want to thank Andrew and the other guy,whose name I forgot for staying and putting me in my new truck,thanks guys.

Terrible customer service from the service department. Took vehicle over for an issue I was having and vehicle still under powertrain and was charged 225.00 for basically labor and issue not resolved. Asked if issue still remained would I be charged standard diagnostic fee again on vehicle for the issue that wasn't fixed and was told they could not answer that question. Called back to try and see about getting in for service and was told free would be waived and then called again saying they couldn't. Was basically talked out of getting service on vehicle and that they really didn't know how to troubleshoot issue if it didn't have a light on in car. Long story short my money will.no longer will be going to this location and they should learn to treat potential customers with a little customer service. Also will add was told they would call.me back twice to tell me about fee being waived and never received a call like I was told. Management might want to take a look at the service department before they lose more customers.

For those that are viewing this dealership's cars on Cargurus and other online search engines beware of the unethical and "shady" services offered; particularly by salesmen John Roten and General Manager Brian Minton. I purchased a vehicle through Cargurus in which John was my salesmen. I was told from John the car was in great shape, no issues that the carfax showed ... I received my car via transport to find out that the leather dash is coming a part. Realizing that I should bear a cost in this matter, asking Brian Minton to split the cost for repair ($250 each) only to be denied, but offered a $500 credit towards my next purchase. I live 917 miles away. What is the likely-hood of me purchasing another vehicle through your dealership is slim to none, why would I do that if you cannot stand behind such a small issue such as this. The point of the matter is, Salesman, John Roten knew there was an issue with the dash, but never made mention of it. I would have paid to have it repaired/negotiated if it had become a "deal breaker". I operated above board in every capacity possible for the deal (which is after the fact) to come to this. General Manager Brian Minton allowed this through his salesman stating "he never layed eyes on the car"! How so if you are the GM ... True learning Lesson that a person's word, gentleman's agreement, integrity is all out the door when it comes to these two men and apparently this dealership.
