Whoever is answering phones today is beyond rude and cold! I will never go back to this place. Call and ask a question about a previous visit and the lady who answered the phone is gonna snap at me. Sorry Karen! Every essential worker is over worked right now. If you can't hang then its not the job for you!! Get off your high horse and do your job! Now to try and find a different er that is taking patients in this crazy pandemic
Excellent care, got in very quickly, and love that there is an ER attached so you don t need to go to another place if your symptoms are serious enough. Also, got lab results back quickly. The doctor and nurses were amazing!
I had a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE here first the lady at the front desk was rude with no remorse. Then I was sent to the wrong room and had to transfer to another because of incorrect information once I finally was settled in my room it took TWO hours for a provider to check in and on top of that she barged in my room although the privacy curtain was in front of the door! She didn t care she came in and proceeded with an aggressive excessively fast check up just to send me home TO BUY MY OWN Tylenol although i have health insurance.
This was an absolute night mare for us. We will never bring our children to West Health again as long as we live. My wife and I are filing a formal complaint against Debra Ann Weimerskirch and West Health Urgent care. I believe that woman should be barred from practicing medicine. I also believe that we shouldn t have to pay for any of their services because we wanted none of it. We were there looking for a confirmation that it was food poisoning which we ve both had before. We also have an 11 week old son that my wife breast feeds 100% and we were kept from him this entire time for NO REASON! I am utterly furious with Debra and I can t believe she s allowed to work with CHILDREN! She should be ashamed of herself! My wife is a stay at home mother, we purposely decided to raise our children this way to ensure they are properly taken care of. We take parenting incredibly serious, and are terrified that this woman will ruin other family s lives for no reason. I am fearful that if she has a bad day, some poor unsuspecting family will be ripped apart due to her complete and utter negligence. This woman threatened to call Child Protective Services on us if we didn't agree to her crazy recommendation of sending our son by ambulance down to Minneapolis Childrens, where he ultimately came back negative for EVERYTHING she was sure it was. We re working with an attorney and plan to file legal action against her and West Health for what they did to our son and our family.

Had a colonoscopy at west health was just an awesome experience! I work in surgery as a nurse so got to experience the other side. Staff is super friendly, my nurses and surgical tech were the best! Dr Barker does an excellent exam! Painless and gentle. Would highly recommend this facility and the awesome nurses and techs at West Health! I personally know many of the surgeons in various specialties and they are some of the finest in the country.
Terrible experience in Urgent Care, a older woman, whom I am assuming is a phlebotomist, came to draw blood from my daughter. She was so harsh, so rude, so clearly annoyed with us and her choice of career. She put the needle in and then jammed it hard into my daughter s vein. She yelled out the door to the nurse private info about my daughter s tests and said it was because if she leaves the room she has to unrobe and I guess that makes it ok to break HIPPA. Unprofessional to say the least! The nurse said she s a crab and is known to be this way but it s just tolerated? Why!?
I went in for concerns for miscarriageAnd all they did was check my hormone levels. No ultrasound no nothing.I just feel like it should have been more done to see If I had a eptoic pregnancy or anyting.They just told me to check in with my regular OB-GYN doctor within a week. It was a complete waste of time. I asked for STD and infection testing and Kjersten W. Struck, NP told me since I had negative test back in November, there was no need for another one. The nurse staff was nice but I won't go back here.
I went in for a routine doctor visit, and I knew I would be having blood drawn, which is the routine when I see this provider. I have never had any problems having blood drawn, and though it was a couple more vials than what they usually draw, I wasn't concerned for any reason. Everything was fine the first few minutes, but then I started to feel very warm and nauseated, and then came the dizziness. The last thing I remember is asking for water. When I was somewhat alert as to what was going on, I saw several people attending to me. Every single person there was doing something to help reverse the situation I was in, and they did so very quickly. My blood pressure stabilized, my color came back, the nausea subsided, and the dizziness improved. I want to recognize, and give a shout out to the Rapid Response Team for taking care of me, and for the excellent teamwork. Thank you!
Very professional and efficient service! My fiance and I were in and out in less than an hour everyone was FABULOUS!!! Also very knowledgeable on the medical situation and very informative on causes and how to heal. Best hospital weve ever been to. Dr. Gregory Scott Watkins is awesome.
