We woke up on a Saturday morning to no water at all. We were told by several people to call Eastern Drilling and called at 10:30 and they answered right away and said they had one job to do and would be over early afternoon. They assessed the problem and gave two choices. The first was to rewire our 22 year old pump as it was still in very good shape or replace both. We choose the rewire and they had it completed and water running into our house again in less than 2 hours. Joe and his brother (sorry don't remember his name) were two of the nicest guys!! They work 365 days a year if there is service to be done!! We were thrilled to have water again. Don't hesitate to call them if you need work done.

It was Friday night, our well stopped working. I called at 4:30 pm at 6 pm the whole crew rolled in . The dad and two sons, three trucks and a trencher. They were going to get me water no matter what it took. Thankfully it was just a pump. They explained what they were doing and why. Did a great job at a great price. Every now and again I m lucky to come across a company that exceeds my expectations...Eastern Well Drilling is THAT company. Reliable, knowledgeable, polite, highest integrity, and highest regard for customer satisfaction....all are the foundation for this family-run, local business.

Great guys. Called at 11:30 to report no water in the house. They were there by 1:30 and thoroughly checked everything inside and outside the house. Ended up finding a huge crack in the poly tubing. Tested pump to make some no damage was done to it. Ended up replacing poly tubing and wiring in the well. Didn t try to sell me on anything extra or get me for a new pump. Great guys and super inexpensive. Highly recommended.

Someone backed into my wellhead breaking the coupling, which allowed sand to enter my water system shutting it down. Eastern well drilling was one of the companies recommended to me by Preferred Water Treatment Co. I called them and left a message they called back and asked if I was still having problems. I told Joe over the phone that I was still having problems and explained what was happening. He said we can be there in a 1/2 hour. After checking the wellhead, they had too replaced the coupling in the ground and flush the pressure tank in the basement, to get all the sand out.
Jim and Joe explained every step of the process. They are very friendly and honest I felt comfortable working with them. The price of the repair was reasonable. I would not hesitate to call Eastern again if I have another well problem, and I recommend Eastern Well Drilling too anyone who is experiencing a problem with there well.

It s not too often you may need well help but I ve had these guys come out twice over the years and they are the most honest and nicest guys! You don t find help like that these days much but I can honestly say they take pride in what they do and they are honest to the core. Great family run business! Keep up the great work.
