Dori seemed a bit selective in who she wanted to give more wine too. She pours such a small amount. Turned me off ALL the way!!! She just lost a customer purchasing a few bottle or maybe even a case. She is unprofessional! I will never come back or refer any of my friends or family to this whole in the wall place. Sorry not sorry!
A wonderful experience with history that will astound all. The winery is like absolutely so compliments the surroundings but bring in a Blue grass band and you may experience haven
Beautiful land and very friendly people. These folks let you taste their wines for free and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. I will definitely be visiting again!

We had a wonderful experience while visiting the winery late last summer and we even bought several bottles to bring back home to Delaware. When we opened the Zinfandel it was a little bubbly or, carbonated. It was awful and we did not drink it. Later, we opened the Spanish Passion and it was very bubbly, almost soda like, yuk! I don't remember either of these wines being bubbly or, carbonated when we had them at the winery. I also don't remember how much I paid for the wine and I'm very happy about that.
This was a very nice little winery. Driving up to the place, it resembles a barn with a lot of farmland. There's a ton of land, and the winery and tasting room seems to just be a piece of it. The tasting room is quite small, with a counter that accommodates maybe 6 people at once and a separate counter for transactions. The beauty of this place is that tastings are completely free (up to 8 wines per tasting), but that's a great way to get people to buy more wine.
As with many other New Jersey vineyards I have tried, the standard wines (non-sweet) were not especially impressive. The reds were drinkable, but nothing that left me needing more, although they were very reasonably priced. The sweets were more interesting: we loved the sweet red sangria, and the blueberry wine was also a good one. I found the Apple Cinnamon wine to be interesting, but not my cup of tea. My wife loved the other very (very) sweet Blush wine, but I found it far too much like a cup of juice.
They offer any of their wines by the glass for a reasonable charge, and you can pay an extra dollar to keep the glass. They don't have much dedicated seating right by the tasting room, but you can take the glass and walk around the land. We ended up on a swinging bench set in the middle of an open field on a gorgeous day with a couple glasses of sangria: really a great setup.
The free tastings with excellent service, all the land, and the good sweet wines make this a spot to hit. The so-so standard wines left me unable to give it the full 5-stars.
