Living on a WestCorp property is a total nightmare. They don't care about residents. They don't respond when a safety issue is brought to their attention. They allow the onsite staff to handle situations, but do not provide proper training on how to deal with anything, especially a serious situation.

I live on a WestCorp property. My car was broken into. After getting no help from staff I attempted to contact westcorp for help. They disregarded my requests. They will not help me out, I am stuck with an insurance claim. They also refuse to provide any assurances that security will be increased to prevent these incidents. They don't do the right thing to secure the safety of communities they manage
In regards to making payments in a timely manner this company is lacking. They are delinquent on bills stemming from earlier in the year. When I try calling to get through to the AP department, I am met with a brick wall of a receptionist that has no personality. Who blatantly states that I will not get past her.
Why is it that companies don't pay for the services that they are in contract for?
update 07/19/2020 Stop lying online I have sent in an official letter from my attorney, sent follow up emails to both the leasing office and cooperate office, called leasing office staffs and was told by Kim she can not do anything she does not own any property, I have not spoken to anyone from WESTCORP till date. My letter stands and I demand a response. From next month I will not pay any rents until my concerns are addressed appropriately. Tenant will withhold all rent payment until landlord reaches out to tenant. It was June 29th a month ago till no resolution with any of my issues.

This is my official thoughts on this cooperation. We are all fed up with the manner in which we as residents are being treated in this complex and buildings we all call homes. First of all this was not what I signed up for a year and half ago when I toured this property and choosed it among all the others I saw to call my home. I do understand COVID19 messed alot of things up for everyone so the "amenities were closed" since everything else was closed I get that side of the story it was the best thing to do to help prevent the spread and lower the risk. Now we are in phase two almost closing phase three why on earth do we still have to be limited on the usage of these "amenities"? The rents were never reduced for not using these amenities nor we were able to even borrow any requirements from the gyms as residents to use even though other complexes were giving their residents access to borrow gym requirements that is by gone now. I received 4 emails of the same message from 4 different persons working at westcorp clearly westcorp waiving all legal liability from residents prior to opening the amenities to limited usage in relation to COVID19. Okay we as residents duely accepted the liabilities to use the amenities, why should we be limited to only 9am-6pm? I sometimes work 7am-7pm as a healthcare worker and I know other residents work maybe 8am-5pm or otherwise. This is the desert and it is excruciatingly hot outside now I rather cool off about 6pm or 7pm till later in the evening by the pool or workout early in the mornings like I use to 5am or so. I choosed Evolve partly because the gym, pool,business center, etc where shown to me by Michelle and Hunter during my tour as available to the residents and the gym and pools were open 24 HOURS; more of the reason I was adamant about having a pool upstairs view which I have paid for over 4 months now with no one to even look at outside. What is the point here? Major gyms like LVAC, EOS,Anytime fitness with much larger crowds are open 24 hours for their clients;yet we can not have access to our own amenities that we are paying for? Plus, I get the is a back order on hand sanitizing wipes, please buy clorox wipes and have them at the gyms it is unacceptable to have no cleaning agents available to the residents more especially during this times of COVID19. How can you justify every two hours cleaning as meeting the guidelines with cleaning when the average gym time is 30 minutes that 4 persons probably going through a machine before any cleaning is taking place and this has been going on for almost two weeks now. I will save this wall message and I do encourage all residents to do same. If nothing is done about how the residents are being treated and locked out of amenities they should be having; I will start a class action against westcorp. This is completely unacceptable someone needs to respond and fast too. I pay the amount I accepted to pay as rents taking all into consideration such as the amenities, their time available to me, my poolside view, square footage of my apartment etc. Amenities are not complimentary they are added value to the amount broken down and that is why my two bedroom is almost 2k and not 1k like some complexes I know. This is not what I signed up when I signed my lease and renewed. I am done with westcorp playing us residents like we beg to live here. We pay to live here and should be treated well. Administration is the worse I ever seen. When I rented here at Jovanna they say it was a gated complex but after 2 months the gate is still down. I asked management which is a waste of time. And told me that the owner doesn't want to fix it. We are still paying for that damn gate . This is nothing..... everybody gets inside here, people that lives in the street sleeps inside the garbage cans. Cars get stolen, ect...garbage everywhere even I drive thru garbage. Dog poop every where. I can't even open the screen of my door to the balcony because all the flies of the waste gets inside. They never corrected my storage unit number even I'm tired of telling them. Everytime I pay the rent on the 1st all account numbers are completely wrong and walmart customer service always correct them. Oh its jovanna ok we know. I laugh. You are so right what else I can say. ???. If I can rate them *** - 0 star**** I WILL. $$$$$$ Very fast to charge but veryyyyy slow to service$$$$$$. I had to buy the shower from my own pocket because it was coming off and you people never listen or care. And I had to fix it somehow. Dont sorry because I dont believe it.
I live at Cabrillo apts. Loved the manager felicia she is at another property. I have voiced my concerns about the marijuana smell in my apartment on numerous occassions. I am under the model unit. So we no its not coming from there. I woke up at 5 in the morning to pot smell in my apt. I came home at 7 to the smell of skunk weed smell coming from some apt seeping into mine. My blood pressure is high. Management isnt doing anything. I have 3 months left on my lease. This is ridiculous.
I used to work for this company back in 2017 for about 9 months before having to resign due to me having my baby. This management company is truly great.My regional was Lisa and she was an AMAZING leader.. Can we please speak about their properties? All of their properties are so well kept up and management on site is just great. I look forward to moving into one of their properties soon. KEEP UP THE GREAT LEADERSHIP!
Management has no control at los cabos, trash areas are not maintained by management. Just filthy horrible place to live they don't control the dumpster divers for what they charge in rent just ridiculous. Araceli is rude would not recommend this property
Our apartment got flooded in december a few days before christmas and they did not respond to our emergency until an hour after the first three calls were placed. Now we are in the process of moving out (june) and we are being told that the damage the flooding haf caused is our fault. When i asked to see the paperwork stating the damages they said they could not find it becuase it was already filed. If done properly it should have easily been found. We had the unit professionally cleaned and they told us it was filthy and they needed to hire their own professionals. We were very upset with how management was treating their tennants so rudly whenever something was wrong in the community and did very little to fix the problems. We were there for a year and did not enjoy our time there. We hope everyone the best and that management will improve. Best regards, The Porters.
The word management needs to be removed from their name WestCorp 'Management' They don;t know how to properly manage a property. After multiple issues with my residence and not being able to be helped by onsite staff I contacted the property management, which was WestCorp Management. I spoke to a woman named Roxanne, who oversaw the property. She pretended to act as if she cared and assured me things would be rectified. However nothing was done, and every time I followed up I was ignored or met with the most disrespectful attitude. She had no intention of fixing any problems, she just wanted to quiet me to ensure that they could keep renting to people and not having them hear of problems prior to moving in.
I called management after a horrible incident with the manager at the property I rent at. No one wanted to bother to help me and just gave me the run around.
this business owes my company more than $13,000 for work we did on two properties in Georgia one in Macon and the other in Atlanta. it awful that a company would get services done to their run down apartment complexes and companies like mine come in and fix them up only to not get paid. I am now in the process of taking legal matters to recover money rightfully owed. I have before and after pictures of all my work. MY REVIEW WILL STAY BECAUSE YOU ARE THE ACCOUNTANT FOR CROWNBAY MANAGEMENT GROUP AND IM VERY POSSITIVE OUR INVOICES HAVE MADE IT TO YOUR OFFICES BECAUSE I JUST RECEIVED TAX INFO OF A TOTAL OF $1900 OF THE $13000 THAT IS OWED TO MY COMPANY
Very knowledgeable company, I would hire them to manage my properties. Great team leadership both at main office and on-site staff at properties.
Staff on properties are extremely professional and detailed oreinted with product of unit's. Caring about concerns of residents is first. Applicants are treated with high respect for their needs.
Properties are amazing, beautiful and impeccable design layouts as well as features and benefits throughout properties.
They are not capable of properly running a property. After making multiple complaints to staff that works on property, I was advised I would need to speak to the management company to actually have anything taken care of. I made this attempt but was brushed off with problems not taken care of.
Cant say Im impressed with the attitude Reception gives me when calling to get info about their upcoming complexes. Very short quick answers that tell you nothing and make one feel like they cant be bothered. Really makes me want to give them thousands of dollars now for rent. : \
