We live in Mayfair Apartments in Waupun. Jennifer the property manager is great to work with. We have had only a few minor things and they always respond right away. The apartment and 2 car garage is awesome. We will be here for a very long time. It's a great place to live.
I lived here for about a half a year. They were absolutely INSANE about the move out cleaning. In a place my roommate and I almost never stayed, it was basically move out ready the entire time we were there. It s LAUGHABLE how they handled the situation. RENT IF YOU WANT YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT TAKEN
Decker properties is amazing they have a great support system behind you once you move here! This was my first apartment so I was nervous however they made the transition very smooth for me!
I wouldn't recommend with the rent being raised every year there are better quality apartment out there for the same price!
