We had a great sales experience with Konner McLeod the sales rep at West Coat Nissan. Went in there on a Sunday to look into options for upgrading our car. He asked all the right questions to identify our needs and make the deal work. He had a very pleasant demeanour without being too pushy and provided excellent service . From the beginning we could make out he had a "can do" attitude. He came back to us with a good offer and no hidden fees. Our experience at a different Nissan dealership had not been the same . We would recommend Konner to everyone we know. He is definitely a great asset to the dealership

Yesterday I bought my first brand new vehicle at West Coast Nissan and I can't say enough about the team at this dealership. Everything went smoothly and professionally and I never felt pressured. Gary the fleet manager spent a lot of time with me going over all the bells and whistles and even through the owners manual. He made the whole experience stress free and even offered to take pictures of me with my new purchase before I left. I love my new Nissan Rogue and would 100% recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a pleasant, no pressure, no shenanigans, vehicle buying experience.

I bought a 2020 kicks ( i knew what i wanted) in Aug and I'm loving it. Justin was a great sales rep, answered all of mine and my moms million and one questions.
I've been there 2 times to do a check up and it was fast. Everyone wearing masks, someone is always cleaning the door handles and anything else that people have touched.

Bought a 2020 Nissan Rogue SL great car and lots of bells and whistles. This is our third Nissal Rogue SL we have owned. Having a challenge to find 19" rims for the snow tires. Everyone is out of stock.

Sales experience was good but when I had some issues a month after my purchase, unfortunately the service department was terrible. I purchased from West coast because their service used to be good but there is a new service manager and the department has gone down the tubes. This was the worst place I have ever been to for service. I lost my vehicle for over 6 weeks and there are still issues. Really too bad since they used to be excellent. Ok if you want to purchase here but I would think twice before you bring your vehicle here for service. It's not what it used to be.

I recently bought my vehicle from West Coast Nissan and it was a great experience. I stopped into the dealership a few months ago and spoke to Ali. I was looking for a very specific vehicle, knowing they might not have it. I gave Ali my contact details and went on my way. About a month later Ali called me telling me he was getting the exact vehicle i was looking for on a trade in and was asking me if i was still interested. I came by a few days later and had a look and within another week bought the vehicle. All the staff i dealt with there were great, friendly and no one was overly pushy. Ali answered all my questions promptly and if he didn't have the answer he found it for me and got back to me later.

I was looking for a second car and I didn't want to spend a lot. I've found one car on the auto trader in this dealership and went to check the car. Salesperson Wilson welcomed me and answered all of my questions and addressed all the concerns. It was a certified pre-owned Nissan Sentra 2015 and everything dollar that they spend on the car was so clear. I live far from the dealership so they did all the financing and other things by email and over the phone so it was one trip to pick up the thoroughly detailed vehicle. I had a pretty good experience in this dealership. I would recommend these guys to my friends and family.

WOW ! Great experience , have been a Nissan owner for 9 years, Previous purchased at Morrey Port Coquitlam was planning on replacing our 9 year old Nissan X-trail with a 2015 Nissan Versa Note, had cross shopped the Versa note against Honda Fit, Mazda 3 and Toyota Yaris - sort of settled on Honda Fit for a few reasons but there's a recall on 2015/2016 Fit LX models we didn't want to step up to the next model so we decided we would just buy a Versa we liked it as much as the FIT and only settled on the fit for the magic seats (lol). Already had ruled out purchasing at Morrey and were headed home from Marv Jones Honda on a whim decided to have a look at West Coast Nissan .

Met Joe Huliganga - to be honest wasn't expecting too much from this dealership didn't really even want to go in I guess I had made some assumptions based on it being part of west coast auto group and ill admit I was wrong , I can tell when someone is a B.S.'er and straight up Joe is the most honest sincere person I've dealt with he's not a typical car salesman I've been in the industry before worked a big dealership as service writer ,parts person and warranty officer. First car I have owned still under warranty. I had a great experience in purchasing my 2016 Rogue from Thomas. Yesterday my car would not start, called service and they were very helpful with what to try. Key battery replacement did not work and had roadside come they jumped my battery and I drove to dealership like I was told to. They said they had to charge the battery to test it as it was dead and a process that was required for warranty. I waited 45 mins and was told the battery is fine as it started several times?! I am not a mechanic but know enough that you can test the voltage to see if the battery is faulty. Nope, I had to leave and see if it happens again. First start the next day was dead. Called and they told me I could not get in for 5 days to get a proper diagnosis of the problem to cover the warranty! that is absolutely rediculous!! We tested it ourselves with a multimeter and it showed the battery was no good. I am very displeased with this kind of service and the warranty procedure to figure out if a battery is any good. You got what you wanted nissan!, I purchased a new battery myself and put it in.

My experience with West Coast Nissan has been excellent, from the time of purchase to the regular maintenance. The purchase was an easy process; the salesperson took the time to explain every feature of my Pathfinder, even though I had already made up my mind. The financing was completed within a few minutes and I drove off the lot with my car. When I was ready to pay off the the loan a quick call completed the process.
On the maintenance front, the service center provides timely reminders and convenient times for dropping off my vehicle. The maintenance has been completed on time, on every visit.

Had a deal on nissan leaf s trim with Richie yesterday and made me $500 deposit over the phone. He seemed nice and we made appointment for 2pm today. I took a ferry with whole family to look at the car today and sign paper works but he was not there. the manager would not honor the price agreed. He added some 100 and 499 fee on the agreed $37900 all in price. What awaste of time and gas on holiday weekend.

My micra had a side airbag sensor recall, I was notified by mail back in January. When I came to the Service Center in March I was there for a routine oil change but I also mentioned I wanted to got my letter in the car about the recall. The staff person said that I had to call back as they had no eta when the parts would finally be available.. 0 accountability on their end, it was all on me....ok so thats fine - for weeks I never bothered to check back in again with them since I had to make theoretical guesses to when they would get their parts in stock. I learned another location had them in stock so I decided to go there. I felt like I was left in the dark as a customer. At the very least - this being an important recall on my car model, could you not call me when the parts were back in stock? Buying my car here was great but servicing my car here -- mmm not sure.

I did a test drive with a sales person named Sam. He was very professional. It was a good experience. I am thinking of purchasing the car.

Very unpleasant experience with the general manager, Thomas ... Stay away from this guy and this dealership. They will try to make you sign something that they can later use against you, in case the deal won't go the way that they'd like. When dealing with them, I felt like they wanted to grab me in their claw. Moreover, their general manager was impertinent and provocative when he felt he's loosing a potential client. Terrible experience with him !!!
