I would like to thank Wilson for looking after me this week.

I have been looking for a new truck and decided to go look at the Nissan Titan. I was ready for the pushy salesman routine as soon as I walked onto the lot. I was pleasantly surprised and relieved when Wilson introduced himself and put me at ease. I don t tolerate idiots or heavy sales tactics. Wilson was none of these, a gentleman from start to finish. Good old fashioned customer service. Oh yes we managed to agree a deal and I now drive my first ever Nissan.

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Amani for looking after me while sorting out the vehicle finance. Again I was expecting the heavy sales routine, Amani was extremely professional throughout my visit and it was a pleasure doing business.

I will be recommending Wilson and Amani to all my friends. I hope the service department lives up to the very high standards already set by the sales and finance departments.

Evan Joo was and is an excellent sales representative who helped my family through the entire car purchasing experience. We were able to secure a great deal on a newer Rogue thanks to Evan's great help and expertise! In all honesty the great salesmanship and honest ethical work of Evan and his team was quite amazing. Just purchased a used Juke with Vincent. He was very helpful, along with Jenny in finance, and made the process very easy.

I will say, however that the guys detailing the interior did miss a lot of trash left behind by the previous owner. But Vincent got it cleaned up for me really quickly.

Update: reduced my rating because I found out a couple weeks after buying my vehicle that one of the rear seatbelt buckles didn't work. Thankfully they replaced it at no charge to me but it was a pain in the butt getting it done. Went in for what I thought was the appointment to have it fixed, but they basically just looked at it and I had to schedule another appointment. Be extra careful and inspect the vehicle thoroughly yourself before buying.

If I could give a negative, I would. Terrible customer service, no help at all. I didn't like their "bait and switch" idea they tried recently. But the lack of CS has led me not only to not want to do business with WC Nissan, but none of the WC dealerships. I got my first vehicle with them in 2001, but I won't be going back.

I went to West Coast and my sales guy Sina, Justin and Vernon immediately cut the bs and down to business. Plus I would never ever deal with Rick from Morrey finance office he's such a tool.

The Service I received from Richie Mcintyre purchasing my new 2017 Nissan Murano was fantastic he is very professional and easy to deal with. He made it happen and very happy with my purchase. Mike the manager was awesome as well. Very friendly guys. Thank you very much! I would recommend Richie Mcintyre for your next purchase you will not be disappointed! Well went back again and seen Richie Mcintyre to get a brand new 2018 Nissan Murano and was extremely happen with the easy process and great service I received from him once again. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing at this dealership.
Nice salesman but we asked for detailing and windows were still black inside of purchased vehicle.
Service dept. stated $250 for an oil change with items that should have been dealt with at time of purchase ... Then we were told vehicle was fine and passed the check list test after we questioned this. After picking up vehicle, the wiper fluid hadn t even been filled.
Then we received a note stating they wished to purchase our vehicle after we already purchased from them a few months earlier.
Waiting room not following covid rules - too crowded and then told to sit down while waiting - luckily the weather was good so went for a walk.

Fast efficient and very friendly service staff. The guys really make me feel important and I trust them totally. On a side note, the sales staff are awesome too. I recently lost my husband to cancer and when we had to reduce our two vehicles to one because he could no longer work, they bent over backwards to combine our deal and give us the best solution. Very considerate and understanding. We have dealt with West Coast Nissan for over 16 years and recommend them highly.

My experience in June 2019.The sales person did his job, was very informative and helpful.....but when the person that did the evaluating came in the picture....well he gave the trade-in value to the sales person and that was it.....In other words that`s what we are offering for your car take it or leave it.There was no interest on his part to haggle or get me to counter offer.
I guess they do not need the sales.

In answer to you falling short......That`s an understatement ......i will definitely not make that mistake again with your Dealership!! That boat has sailed ....people are not just numbers.Try to be fair with others!

I recently bought a car from Vince at West Coast Nissan. A great experience. In spite of the car being a used Hyundai and not a Nissan product, the attention to detail and the care that he showed in making his customer happy was incredible.
There was a small leak problem in the trunk and they spent many hours and had to order a new part to fix it! The detailing was terrific and my 2011 Sonata looks like brand new.
Vince made a deal that I hope pleased the dealership because it pleased us. There was no going forth and back with the manager, only what would it take to put us in that car, then it was done. Fair and honest.
This level of care is remarkable because I tried to make deals with others to no avail.
I will be back to buy another car someday and maybe soon it will be to order a Nissan GT-R!. A sincere thank you to Vince and West Coast Nissan.

My lovely wife and I were looking for a car for our daughter. She had given us a few models to look at. After a few test drives, we stopped off at West Coast Nissan and walked onto the lot. Sam Karmali walked out introduced him self (NO PRESSURE) Asked what if any of the vehicles that were there interested us. We told him what we needed and he was happy to show us what he had
Then we saw it 2012 white loaded two door Altima. We took it for a test drive mom and I loved it , grabbed our daughter, she fell in love and now is the proud owner.
Well you would think that would be the end of the story. OOOO NO.
My Misses saw the 2016 new Sl Morano. We owned a 2011Morano sv. that we had purchased from West Coast.
Well why not. Mr Karmali and the whole team at West Coast Nissan made both car transactions fun seamless. Our family has no problem recommending both Sam Karmali and the rest of the West Coast Nissan team to our own family and friends.

My boyfriend bought a demo truck from this locatio...

My boyfriend bought a demo truck from this location and they were helpful whilst in the process of making the sale. However, since then, any follow-up concerns regarding issues with the truck have been treated with disregard. We had an early morning appointment and arrived looking disheveled in our comfy clothes and they treated us like lepers.
The service department closes earlier than the actual dealership at 5pm. How is anyone who works a 9-5pm supposed to get in for a service appointment.
When we went into the Coquitlam location, and mentioned the specific location we were dealing with their response was "ohhh. Yeah" stating that West Coast Nissan is notoriously terrible, even amongst its peers.
If you are going to get a Nissan I recommend the Applewood location.

My first time there wasn't great but the second time, they really turned it around for me. This is a sign of a great company. They genuinely want to help you. The people there are really nice too. Ask for Kelvin for service. He's always great for both times I was there. I came in for regular maintenance but there was a recall which I didn't know. They fixed it on that day as well. Thank you! The only downside was the cost to change the cabin filter. It was $84. After waiting 15 mins, I told Kelvin to cancel that service because I knew it was an easy job, but they had done it, and Kelvin said don't worry he would take care of it. What a nice gesture. If it is around $40, I don't mind to pay for it. Also a nice surprise, they were not only washed my car but also vacuumed the interior. Thank you for all your help that day :)

Wilson was a helpful salesman that looked into my inquiries and remedied them. The rest of the staff and management made my trade-in, purchase, insuring, and warranty, a full serve experience.

Since my credit was good and quickly approved I was in and out inside of 2.5 hours.

Their ad on AutoTrader was honest and included documentation fees.

Finance was able to give me a long payment term to reduce my payments.

I would highly recommend this dealership should you be looking for a new Nissan or other used car.

We just purchased our first Nissan through Thomas Byrne and are so greatful for everything he did for us. Not only was he incredibly knowleageable when answering all of our many questions but he went over and above for us on more than one occasion! It was easy to work with him, low pressure and honestly quite fun. Thomas is just a genuine person, will use him again and recommend him to our close family and friends!

Thomas, the sales person that took care of me was exceptional. He and Amoni (the financial wiz) managed to make a situation that for me was incredibly overwhelming and stressful completely managable. The rest of the staff there was also incredibly friendly. I did not go back to the Nissan dealership that I had bought my first car from for this replacement as I left feeling pressured and confused. However, I would return to this dealership in a heartbeat.

Came in to look at an Acura ILX and ended up purchasing it the same day! Josh was super helpful and serviced us right when we arrived. He even took care of our dog while we took the car out for a test drive :) Not only did my family and I leave happy, Josh followed up with us a couple days after and made sure we were 100% satisfied!

He was very cooperative and up front about everything which I greatly appreciated. Ali also was able to give me a great deal on a Nissan Rouge but unfortunately it just wasn't the right time for me to make the purchase. Overall great experience!

Told him we what we wanted. Between him and Charles, they had it all organized within half an hour.
We put a deposit down and pick the new Titan XD Platinum up early next week.
Probably the easiest and least stressful vehicle purchase I've ever done.

Been coming here since I bought my car and based on reviews this seemed to be the best Nissan Dealership and service center to go to. The last few experiences completely changed that. First I was told my car DID NOT have a cabin filter, which it does and after realizing this I ran to change it as the car is 10 years old. Not surprisingly it was there and full of rat poop and hair. Truly disgusting that I have been breathing this in as long as I owned the car. Other work has been improperly done leaving a part on my car damaged and slowly failing. I have also discussed the problems I'm having and to diagnose them with the car. I paid 3 times to be told nothing is wrong with my car and have since had a proper mechanic diagnose the issue confirming the issue with the work Nissan did.
I've tried to reach out with the company with no response even after providing the evidence. I now have to take legal action with small claims to resolve this problem.

Let me say this first, Richie is amazing. This was my first time buying a vehicle. I had no clue what I was doing, what I was looking for, or what I could afford. Totally useless. Richie explained everything to me, made me feel comfortable and took the time out to make sure I fully understood what I was getting. He had an honest answer to all my questions. I felt that his intent was true and not a typical salesman .
He knows his products and what will work best for the budget and lifestyle. He is awesome!! I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle.

Had a electrical issue with a vehicle, dropped it off without appointment and they took it in without and questions or hesitation. Spoke to kelvin at service and got the highest standard in customer service. Not only did he take of the issue but treated me with the upmost respect that a customer should receive. I also needed parts for the vehicle and I spoke to Aaron and Glen who brought in the part the next day and took back the faulty part without question. I highly recommend them for anything. I will continue to use them for parts and service. Hats off to the West Coast Nissan Team.

i went to many different car dealerships and west coast nissan was by far the best. They offered the best prices, outstanding customer service and professionalism. They went.above and beyond in listening to.our needs, respecting our budget and in the end we got a fantastic nissan sentra. this car is spacious and stylish. The manager Simon did a thorough job answering all our questions and truly helped us consider all our options. never did we feel pressured. our sales person Konner also.did a fine job with.his superior customer service and addressing our every concern. we had concerns and questions about everything and they were patient, understanding and went out of their way to.meet.our needs. i highly recommend this place.

He has been the best Salesperson I have ever dealt with and he has our family for life.

A couple of days prior to visiting we were at another Nissan Dealership and in negotiations for a Nissan Murano, we could not reach a deal. We decided to drive out and check out West Coast and we were approached by Thomas. Thomas was efficient, direct and professional, we articulated our expectations and Thomas went over and beyond to make the deal work. We couldn't be happier with our purchase and are so impressed with the client service at this dealership!

I am so disappointed with the service department at this dealership. I had been taking my car here since it was new and trusted that they would not take advantage and upsell me on services my car did not need...but that is exactly what happened. They overcharged me for services they quoted me on and then when I got home my husband told me I didn't need any of the services they said I needed! Will not be back.

Really happy with the service department's customer service. I've been getting my car serviced here since I bought it. Now I may not have been happy with the recalls that my car has had through the years or the failed CVT part (which they replaced at no charge) but I most appreciate the friendly, courteous, thorough and prompt service I always receive. Please keep up the good work!

I took a friend of mine to this dealership to test...

I took a friend of mine to this dealership to test drive a new Nissan Rogue which ended up to be not really what she was looking for. The dealership sales manager told her he had a used Toyota Rav4 she could test drive and they had it ready to go out front when we got back from our 15min test drive in the Rogue.

The White Rav4 was really dirty and looked like it hadn't been washed or cleaned since it was new. On the dash of the Rav4 was the car lots window sticker handwritten in a black sharpie with the price of $18,500.

My friend test drove the car and really liked it and when we got back from the 20min test drive was really excited and ready to make a deal to buy the car.

As we walked into the dealership and told the sales person we liked the car and wanted to buy it we informed that the window sticker belonged to another car and that this car we test drove was actually $28,000.

Seems like a classic case of bait and switch and it broke my friends heart. I will definitely be filing a complain with Nissan Canada and the Better Business Bureau and possible be looking into legal remedies.

DEFINITELY DON'T RECOMMEND.

I met Evan over the phone last week. He genuinely understood my situation when I explained to him that I was not interested in buying at the moment but just wanted to know how the market was doing. He was polite and knowledgeable, also very helpful when he provided me useful advices and insights on current auto market. Found him very personable and he even offered his help when I am ready to purchase a car in the future, even if it's not from his inventory. It was suppringly pleasant experience talking to sales person and I am leaving this review because I want to thank him again.
