West calcasieu cameron hospital Review

I have to say the nurses lisa and laurel where amazing and the other nurse can not remember her name were so sweet,compassionate,and made me feel comfortable and safe! I am so greatful for the hospitality and compassion! It is hard to find people like them and i am greatful! Mr. Hobin was great he has compassion and was so sweet to me threwout the ordeal of gulbladder removal! Also castleberry as well compassionate as well! Overall the staff was great and could not be more pleased and greatful for all their compassion and hospitality! Also they were gental with eveything from IV to helping me move around!

I am very displeased with the aftermath billing process of this institution.

I have an account in collections because I was never billed or contacted. I could have easily paid it that day when i did the blood work, They told me I was good to go, so I assumed that my Insurance covered it. And now my credit score has dropped and I have an account in collections somewhere and I do not even know where it is. This is so messed up and affects my everyday life. I have been actively working to improve and build my credit and one doctors appointment messed it up.

UPDATE**** I GOT IT FIXED THE LADY AT THE BILL PAY WAS VERY HELPFUL ***

I had a wonderful experience today in radiologyy. Caylee did my bone density scan and Bailey did my mammogram. They were both. very sweet. and caring and Oi even got a gift for coming in during breast cancer awareness mo th.

Terrible treatment. Went in after collapsing at work and it took several hours to see get a room, several hours to speak to anyone, when they did the just said you should see a specialist! Without any recommendations. I lucked out and it was only $250 but its $250 for a warm blanket basically.

I was not examined or treated properly. I feel like the status should be audited.

The new Community Health Center was super fast. They were very kind and welcoming to me.

Brought urine to the lab for urinalysis. The guard was quite helpful and even friendly. The lab tech took the specimen with no problem

They call it Kill-Cam for a reason. They aren t knowledgeable in very basic medical emergencies, and a patient will wind up on the wrong medication for a major unaddressed problem with a 20k dollar bill.

I was induced here. All the staff were amazing. There were a select few that weren't but the rest of the nurses made up for it. They were so helpful before and after delivering. Everything I asked for or said, they took it seriously. I didnt feel belittled for the dumb questions I would ask while on drugs lol. If I have another child, I will surely be coming back here.

Do not go to this hospital, the ER doctor was rude and wouldn t listen to me. Just a awful experience over all and I will not be returning to this hospital.
