I am very displeased with the aftermath billing process of this institution.

I have an account in collections because I was never billed or contacted. I could have easily paid it that day when i did the blood work, They told me I was good to go, so I assumed that my Insurance covered it. And now my credit score has dropped and I have an account in collections somewhere and I do not even know where it is. This is so messed up and affects my everyday life. I have been actively working to improve and build my credit and one doctors appointment messed it up.

UPDATE**** I GOT IT FIXED THE LADY AT THE BILL PAY WAS VERY HELPFUL ***
