Broker NICK Quelis is rude unprofessional HANGS UP THE PHONE because he feels like it

I have dealt with Chris Hardin at US Logistics for several years now. He has always taken great care of us, our clients and our shipments. He communicates well and if there is ever a problem, he gets it resolved quickly. No matter the time of day, he is there when we need him and willing to work with us to help secure more business.

Very professional and knowledgeable, Jon is great to work with on any type project.

I needed a vehicle transported from Arizona to Mississippi. From beginning to end Kennith M.
handled everything WONDERFULLY. His customer service was above & beyond. Vehicle delivery was qouted for 2-3 days & they were true to their word & it arrived in 2. Any time I ever need services such as this again; this will be the only company that I use & the only 1 that I will be referring to others. Thank you again...for everything.

I switched our business back office to US Logistics in March of 2020. This company is phenomenal! They are incredibly organized, responsible and diligent. Their payment history is excellent. In all of my interactions, they are reasonable and balanced. USL understands that carriers are equally as important as customers. Their carrier contracts are fair and clear. If someone works with USL, they should expect a great experience, which is what they try to deliver daily for their carriers, customers and agents. They are truly awesome!

Train wreck of a company - there main dispatchers are awful. I cannot imagine what clueless person would ever book an order with this outfit. If you want to be yelled at , screamed at and told to go to hell - this is the business for you.

I have moved loads for this brokerage for almost 5 years. Have always received a fair rate and no payment issues. The broker in my area, Ana Marie, goes beyond what other brokers do by confirming all the consignees information before delivery to make sure the driver has no issues. This company is professional and ethical. Would recommend them to any carrier out there.

I have been an agent of USL for 4 years now. This is the most together brokerage I have been a part of during my 12 year career. They are very quick in their responses, carrier requests, and back end support. They even provide us with weekend and after hours support. It's been a great working relationship and our office is happy to be a part of the USL Team!

Great doing business with US LOGISTICS LLC. Especially with agent Rick Mcdougall. He always takes care of us. Even during Covid, his prices were above market. Very few brokers like that left in the industry. Also worked with other agents and will continue to due so. Great Company. Highly recommend :)
