A very professional, clean, quite and safe environment that I've chosen to live in since 2005. It is very conveniently located near all the entertainment food centers that you would will need on a visit to the C.S.R.A.

I stayed at 3 other hotels before I found the West Bank Inn. This hotel was clean and comfortable. Everything worked correctly! AC, TV, microwave, and fridge. The next time I come to Augusta, this is where I will stay. Very friendly staff. Great place!

Excellent! Clean great location. Ratings don't do it justice. Wife had late drs appointments so I asked for a late check out. Even bough hey we're down a house keeper they gladly let me stay a little longer. Amazing establishment. Everyone I ran into was nice guest and employees alike.

Made a reservation for my husband at this hotel for last night based on the ratings.
He called me first thing this morning and told me I must put another awesome review for this hotel.
He said the room was clean, the bathroom was great, and the bed slept well.
Breakfast was good for continental.
For the price this hotel was awesome, he said he would never stay anywhere else in Augusta.

Honestly, this is a safe place.. the rooms are a lot nicer than I thought, prior to booking...

But I did not like all of the lights and cameras surrounding the property... I mean, I felt safe but I also felt like I was being heavily watched... not a comfortable feeling

For the price, this hotel can't be beat. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it included a stocked bathroom. Free breakfast and a convenient location were bonuses. Only negative is it can be a little noisy but after 9 it quieted down.

I really enjoyed my three day stay here. The most important part for me is to get a good night of sleep, and I couldn't of gotten better sleep anywhere else. The staff is very friendly and responsive, and I also liked the hotel rates.

Okay so as far as the room goes it was fine. Besides the remote not working other than to turn the tv off ! But my concern was I went to eat the breakfast that the hotel provides and I made a plate for my husband and I. After doing so on my way to my room I was stopped by the guy at the front desk and I was told that I wasn t allowed to eat the food in my room. I was upset because I ve never heard of such a concept considering the fact that my husband did the same thing the day before with no problems and I m a paying customer!! . I advised the front desk person that regulations like that should be advised to the customer prior to check in ! Either on the website, the front door, or by the receptionist at checked in so that I can make a educated decision about my stay prior to paying!!! But according to the desk clerk that s not his job to educate his customers prior to check in because they have a sign in the food area saying that that food needs to be ate in their dinging area! Now mind you I m 8 months pregnant and couldn t barely move around making our plates with the small eating space they provide ! Let alone eating comfortably ! If I would have know ahead of time those were the rules I wouldn t have booked there! So like I explained to the guy I m not here to change your rules and unfortunately we didn t eat and we checked out of the hotel early and took our business else where ! So if your okay not eating in your room this hotel is for you ! Consumers NEED TO EDUCATE THEIR CUSTOMERS !

Stayed for one week, phenomenal experience. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Excellent area for any food place imaginable and the masters is maybe a mile away. Neil, in particular, (front desk guy) was very helpful and friendly. I'd go back just to chat it up with him. Intend on going back as I go to the area yearly.

Very good deal for the price and with right expectations.

Our room was very clean, well maintained, and felt safe - which is what matters most when I'm looking for a bargain stay.

We didn't try the breakfast, so I can't report on that.

As we were just passing through town, all we wanted was a clean, safe, cheap place to sleep, shower, etc. and this place is perfect for that purpose.

The only negative is that there was a lot of interstate and local road noise beginning pretty early in the morning, so I couldn't sleep in.

Staff was friendly and prompt.

This place truly is a hidden gem. My husband and I stayed here this past weekend for a bowling tournament. We had stayed here last year as well and knew just where we were going to book when back in town. We got in a little early and or room was not ready. The always gracious front desk staff placed us in another room so we would not have to leave and come back. The room was perfect. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. We can't wait to book again when we will be back in town later this summer. Definitely 5 stars!

Surprisingly nice place for a very good price! I was evacuating from another hurricane and was just looking for something cheap out of the cone of the storm. But I really enjoyed the West Bank Inn. Very close to lots of restaurants too!

I did not like my stay here. We were in town for small family get together on memorial weekend. The only reason I stay is because most of the out of town family was at this location. The hotel was very hot. I think they may have had some AC issues. My AC stopped working in the middle of the 2nd night. Breakfast was disgusting. Overall mood of the hotel was subpar. Definitely not worth the money charged.

This place is clean. The staff is wonderful and it is very reasonably priced. It is within a few miles of both the downtown and uptown VA facilities. They have a nice continental breakfast. Choose this one. It is just off I20 at Washington Road.

This is a rather small, older, and well kept motel that my wife and I stayed during the first part of Master s Week. The staff and services were excellent, and it exceeded our expectations.
Very nice location, close to many fine eating establishments.
The shuttle they had to the course and back was convenient and easy to use.
I thought that the room pricing was reasonable, given that it was Master s week.

Excellent. Stayed here on a vacation to the area. Now as a resident of the area, and just for a night out. This is still an exciting, pleasant, and appropriate place to be. The best place in Augusta. This coming from a man who have visited 38 states. And stayed in a many hotels. This is an earned and we'll kept 5 star hotel.
