It was clean and rooms were easy to get to. There was a strong mentholatum smell in my room. It was so strong I thought I was receiving a breathing treatment. The refrigerator made a loud noise several times that woke me up. Overall, would stay again.

As a bunch have stated I wish I could give this place a zero. So in town 1 night for a work trip, after a hard Day's work we go and check in. Everything looked ok until I started to inspect the beds. It's not my first rodeo so I know what to look for, and what did I find? Dead bed bugs, alive bed bugs, multiple urine stains and to top it off active but poison under my mattress.

This motel may be old, but unlike many others, it has been well cared for. Bathroom flooring looks new, very clean overall. Air purifier was greatly appreciated to help drown out traffic noise. Slept like a baby!!!

Excellent check in. Quick. Room was clean, it smelled nice. Parking was not an issue. The location is perfect. Right off the interstate and restaurants everywhere. AC worked great. If I ever need to stay in Augusta again, for this price, I m definitely staying here again.

Had to unplug something in order to plug my phone charger in close to bed. 1 bedside lamp was missing a bulb. The back to the remote had tape covering the batteries which I had to manually hold in place to use the remote. None of these issues deterred my rating as I m not petty. I can deal with this issues.

Totally recommend

This hotel is very inexpensive, but you get what you pay for. The room was smaller than I had expected, but the primary reason for the 2 star review is the really bad smell coming from the bathroom that never went away throughout the week I stayed here. It was really bad and strong, almost like a cigarette. The people outside were often loud and I was woken in the middle of the night several times by this or other loud noises, mostly from traffic. I had a below average experience here.

This was a very good value. I have no complaints about the facility itself, but its location is very difficult to enter and exit from the front and rear entrance. Both entrances have low visibility and I got into a car accident turning into the hotel.

BEWARE: Extremely loud parties all night. Homeless live there and treat the place like it's a homeless shelter (read the other reviews to confirm how long people "live" here - months). Owner will call cops on you if you try to do anything to stop the partiers from waking you up at 2am. Owner is loyal to her long-timers instead of her hotel guests who paid to get sleep. At 2am, owner confronted us like we were the problem for banging on the wall after 6 hours of drunk rowdy obese women cackling thru the walls. Wanted to literally shoot myself or go sleep in a jail cell or sleep in my car after unsuccessfully trying to sleep here. You better bring ear plugs. It's a shame the owner can't choose between being a hotel or a homeless shelter. Benefit of sleeping in a homeless shelter or jail is that there is a "lights out" policy at 10pm. Not so here. Owner has no qualms with the regulars keeping the casual stayers awake. Not a place to pay $70 for if you like sleeping, which is the whole reason a person pays $70 for a bed for 12 hours duh.

The rooms more spacious and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and properly equipped with towels and other necessities. The TV and air conditioner both work properly and the staff was very accommodating. I enjoyed my stay here.

Simple and to the point! This place is a joke! Me and my wife checked in and during our stay we kept getting locked out of our rooms and constantly had to get management to fix the door device, the continental breakfast is nothing more than instant frozen breakfast in a plastic bag that you will have to warm up in the microwave, The guest laundry machine and washer machine are so old and out dated that our cloths was still dirty and we spent $8.00 on the dryer for our cloths to be dry and not damp. The daily and weekly rate is ridiculous for an ordinary standard hotel room. This place is not a hotel suite with a kitchenette, walk in closet, but I see other guest posting praising and posting good comments like West Bank Inn is a 4 or 5 star hotel. We only check in for two week and just about every two days me and my wife had to ask front desk management to repair something in our room that stopped functioning. Oh and I have to mention that some of the house keepers or maids looked like people who does smoke crack and was hired off the streets by the Indians and giving a second chance at life. On the contrary there was no bed bugs, I only spotted one roach in our bed during me and my wife hotel stay, the sheets, towels and room carpet was clean. They do have security cameras and the place is really quite and non dramatic like most hotels. I gave this hotel a one star, because the rooms were clean and serviced everyday although I was missing some money and a checkbook I left inside of the dressers while me and my wife was away touring the city of Augusta . I wouldn't recommend this hotel to any one not even to my worst enemy.

Always stay here when visiting my family in Augusta, the rooms are clean the prices are great and the owners are very friendly. It's not the ritz Carlton but it serves its purpose. It's also in a very good location when it comes to dining.

Only negative thing I can say about this hotel is the parking, But it's Washington road and parking is pretty bad almost everywhere. The staff is super nice and the room was clean. We will definitely stay here when we are back in town.
