Ran a number of meetings at this great venue in November, service was spot on. Nothing too much trouble and all breaks were exactly on time. Very chilled area on the roof which we made good use of. Meeting rooms top class but best of all the service was friendly and totally professional
We love working at The Office Space. The reception/ operations/ management staff are the most helpful and lovely people. Plus sometimes they organise free food - yay. Great facilities, clean, friendly, smashing!!
Shout out to Rif Yusuf, who has been extremely helpful during COVID-19. He has assisted us greatly with making our own offices covid-safe, sourcing new furniture and covid related equipment. He has been on hand to manage all our deliveries and generally he is just super reliable, you can always count on Rif! :)

Great office and location with the most friendly staff
We held our annual business party at The Deck, which was a roaring success. This roof top bar, with it s amazing London landscape views was the perfect space for our annual event. The food was fantastic, staff were great and our clients were thoroughly impressed. It was such a success that we ve already booked in for next year!
We have been at 4 other serviced office firms before (including regus & i2), and these guys smash everyone else out the park. All the staff are great, and it's clear the management are focused on client satisfaction and retention rather than just churn and burn... Plus the space itself is really good, with a rooftop terrace overlooking the thames, and all the meeting rooms and breakout space is well designed and never seems too busy.
Stay here at The Cabins frequently due to work commitments and have to say the staff are exceptionally helpful and professional. They go the extra mile. Thanks Holly for the Granola
Great building and fantastic office location. The staff are both professional and friendly and work hard to create an amazing working environment to all that pass through the doors. The facilities are exceptional throughout; from the bike sheds and showers up to the roof top cafe The Deck , which offers exceptional views in London, no matter the weather. Viewing is highly recommended!

Trade Credit Global moved into Office Space in Town, Monument last October. We have been delighted throughout with the great support from the whole team - reception, IT support, administration, and the Deck team. Nothing is too much trouble and everything gets done when you need it to be done. However it is the way that the company has supported us during the Covid crisis that has raised the standards to new highs. We had a two month rent 50% discount volunteered with no asking, as I gather did all OSIT tenants. The advice and information provided whilst we have been away has been full and regular and now we are back, I cannot say enough. Superb signage, one way systems, safety screening, and continuous on site cleaning, to mention but a few. A perfect example of how to do it right and how to look after your clients the best you can. And the lovely team is there to welcome us back. Well done OSIT, outstanding.

Amazing place to work! The reception staff; Leah, Samantha, Gina, Sophie, Laura and Rif (operations manager) are a delight. They instantly brighten up your day as soon as you walk in the building.
They are so friendly and always happy to help. They manage everything attentively, professionally and in a timely manner.
The building itself is beautiful and clean. It has a lovely deck (with amazing food and drink) and beautifully designed meeting rooms.

We (BC Legal) have been based in Office Space in Town ("OSIT") Monument since July 2016 The aim was to introduce our firm to the London Market with a unique "Client Knowledge Hub" - a client facing office used for training, seminars, consultations and meetings. "OSIT" Monument has not disappointed in satisfying the above criteria - far from it. The offices and numerous nautical-themed meeting rooms are always in pristine condition, hosted by a number of professional and friendly members of staff who are always on hand to help with a smile.
The building also offers a rooftop bar and restaurant with views of the Thames and Tower Bridge - perfect for client functions or relaxing with colleagues after a challenging day.
All in all, we are extremely glad we joined the OSIT Monument community and look forward to many more years of collaboration. 5 stars from us.

Football may be coming home, but since we discovered the gem that is OSIT Monument I have to say that we have felt like this has been our home since the first day we set foot over the threshold. Delivering a level of professionalism that many in the sector can only aspire to, a team that is friendly, courteous, and just as importantly has a can do attitude/ethos. And as if that wasn't enough, the Deck just caps off this incredible experience!
The whole team at OSIT Monument are just so helpful, it would be unfair to call any one individual out, but, just as an example of just how they look after us, yesterday Sophie took most of her lunch break to go and collect a package for us rather than booking two couriers which is what we had originally enquired about. How lucky are we to work in such a wonderful and supportive environment!!

From the first moment you walk into the building you are blown away by the stunning design. The very warm welcome from the reception staff; Hayley, Caroline and Eve. Visit the roof to see the spectacular views of the city. The meeting rooms are professionally themed - perfect for hosting clients and guests.
I just wanted to reach out to say that we had a Senior Management Meeting at your offices in Monument, and used the State Room yesterday for a full day meeting, and the service was 10/10.
From the minute I reached out to Laura for an enquiry via email a few weeks back, she has gone above and beyond to meet every requirement and been extremely patient with the booking. Your office space is beautiful (I still can t believe how reasonably priced it is) and the breakout area to work is very comfortable. The ladies at reception were extremely friendly/welcoming and made me feel at ease instantly.
All the ladies in the office on the left hand-side were also exceptionally nice, constantly checked on us and ensured everything was running smoothly. The food was on time, well-presented and tasty. We never had to ask for anything, as everything just appeared before our eyes.
They also let us know about The Deck amazing views and I can t wait to come back on a Thurs for happy hour!

We just rented a space at the OSiT Monument Office. I am overwhelmed by the support offered by the OSiT team, particularly from Rif Yusuf the Operations Manager. He helped me with all the facilities in order to set up the office! He is really responsive and taking quick actions in order to get things done. I would highly recommend using OSiT for renting a space or just having a conference there.
Fantastic office space and location. And the staff are outstanding and genuinely go the extra mile to be helpful. The bike shed and shower facilities are a bonus. Oh, and the roof top cafe AKA "The Deck" is hard to beat on any day, not just a sunny one!
I have worked in this building for two years, and they are always so helpful and efficient regardless of the request!

The Monument property of OSiT is unique, in a class of its own. Not only is it a clean and modern fully serviced office space (there are many which would fit this description), but 2 attributes distinguish them as a one-of-a-kind:
- A highly creative ambience - the architecture and interior design are so inspiring, our team seems to have wings since we work here. It has to be experienced to be understood, but once I saw it - it was 'love at 1st sight' :)
- A friendly and rarely customer-centric team - not only are they very professional and efficient, but they go the proverbial 'extra mile' to satisfy tenant's wishes and needs. And always do it with a smile and empathy that creates a family atmosphere.
Add to this the stunning views from the 'Deck' (roof terrace with nice bar/cafe), the frequent events offering extra health, fun and other benefits to the inhabitant community, and one can understand why everyone plans to stay here forever.

Great working environment, due in no small part to the excellent complementary social events planned by the team during Spring and Summer on the Deck, which boasts the best views in London. We (eightfourtwo) have used serviced office space over the last five years and the term 'serviced office' does not do Office Space In Town justice. We are residents of the Monument building and Simon Eastlake and his team run a fantastic ship (excuse the pun!). The building is modern, professional, impeccably clean and most of all the ladies on reception are amazing - Caroline, Eve, Hayley, Jess and the rest of the team. As a wealth management company, we rely on the meeting rooms, which are very efficiently managed. For us - what really stands out - is the community feel the staff have created - this is unique to the team in Monument. Well done Gang!
