I had a wonderful experience working with Weschler's, which helped me manage my mother's jewelry after she passed away. I live out of state, and Mark Weschler went to my mother's home, collected all of her jewelry and appraised it for estate purposes. He then facilitated the process of distributing the jewelry to the appropriate people, also providing insurance appraisals where requested. Everything was done in a timely, highly professional manner and at a very reasonable price. I couldn't be happier!

I've consigned with them several times over the years, and they've always been attentive, knowledgeable and have provided a great selling experience. I've worked directly with Judy for the most part, and she's very easy to work with. Thanks Weschler's!

I left bids with 'Otis' for years when their gallery was on E Street, in NW DC. I was always dealt with fairly including my 1937 Radio Bar and engravings too numerous to mention. No longer can items be found like ones I routinely discovered at Monday's viewings. Driving to GUDE Drive however ...not happening any time soon. .

fair value? not even close. I asked for an estimate on a large China collection from early 1900s already having an estimate in hand. They said less than $200 when my other estimates topped $2000. I then wanted to test if they knew ANYTHING about valuation so i sent paperwork with specifics regarding a sapphire collection (Also had appraisal from a jeweler already in hand) and they said less than $500 when the jeweler's appraisal came in at $1500.

They don't know what they are doing so if you want to actually make money, take your stuff elsewhere.

A very interesting auction house that serves as a great events space. The main floor was expansive and had room for multiple bar stations and food areas. The antiquities were beautiful and it was a very classy setup to have a cocktail reception.

Thank you Judy for all of your help and expertise. After purchases a few pieces, she was able to tell me the history of each piece in great detail, assuring the value that I saw during the auction. It was great to connect with someone who loves antiques just as much as I do!

I contacted Weschler's to get some information on the value of an old rocking chair that I recently acquired and I was promptly responded to by one of their managers, Judy Acs. Even though my old piece of wood wasn't really worth much, Judy replied to my every question with kindness and aplomb. In an age of continually declining customer service, this made my day. I highly recommend reaching out to Weshler's for all of your needs. I will be working with them again for sure. Thank you, Judy.

The new location in Rockville is amazing, so much bigger so they have way more stuffs.
I went twice already and I am always very happy with what they have and their prices. For one of my friend, this is the place to go to get books and art frames.
Love the place and I know that their customers services are outstanding. If you want to get good deals, this is the place to go, I hardly recommended them.

Beyond helpful! Always willing to make themselves accessible to answer questions I may have. Atmosphere is fast paced with kindness and a smile. Lots of items to choose from. There is something for everyone from the small little treasures that you didn't even know you were looking for to the golden item you went there looking for.
