I contacted Weschler's to get some information on the value of an old rocking chair that I recently acquired and I was promptly responded to by one of their managers, Judy Acs. Even though my old piece of wood wasn't really worth much, Judy replied to my every question with kindness and aplomb. In an age of continually declining customer service, this made my day.
