fair value? not even close. I asked for an estimate on a large China collection from early 1900s already having an estimate in hand. They said less than $200 when my other estimates topped $2000. I then wanted to test if they knew ANYTHING about valuation so i sent paperwork with specifics regarding a sapphire collection (Also had appraisal from a jeweler already in hand) and they said less than $500 when the jeweler's appraisal came in at $1500.

They don't know what they are doing so if you want to actually make money, take your stuff elsewhere.
