Werner's Mastertek Auto Repair Review

This happened years ago but took my car and they had it for over two weeks and fixed absolutely nothing and when I confronted them on giving me my money back Mike the owner was furious he went and looked at my car had me start it and while it was running rip my spark plug wires out. They rip me off for $2000 would not refund the money and told me to take him to court because he had a really good lawyer. Stay away from this place!!!! Please read the other Negative reviews there is a pattern here.

Mike does a great job taking excellent care of our customers. He is an amazing mechanic and knows his business. Highly recommend.

Hannah s Mastertek was awesome. When my car died with the freezing temperatures they fixed everything right up. They didn t pressure me into any additional services. Mike was extremely helpful and kind. They even check in a couple days after their service to make sure everything is going ok. Would recommend!

Mike and his crew are super professional. They give you a time estimate and meet it. Clean and organized shop.

Mike was able to get my car in immediately. I could not afford to be stranded without my car and he made sure my car was repaired in a timely manner. Also, when the Toyota auto part place overcharged me for unnecessary parts Mike made sure I was given the proper refund. I would never have known the overcharge was a mistake, but Mike is an honest business man and I greatly appreciate that. I also appreciate how well he communicated what was happening with my car; from diagnosis to the refunded I was owed and each transaction in between.

I was having an issue with my truck not starting. I took it to the dealer first and they said it was fine. I took it to Hannah's Mastertek and they were able to find and resolve the issue quickly. They will be my first choice in the future!
