I would rate this store at 0 if I could. I'm so sick of going to this dangerous neighborhood, waiting in line for WAY too long, and then NOT being given what I've paid for, simply because it's the closest Wendy's to my home.

Today I ordered a 4 for 4, a bowl of chili and a second Jr bacon cheeseburger. I was not given the burger and didn't realize it until I got home. Had to drive back to the store where the following conversation took place:

"Hi! *smiling* you probably remember me. I'm the one that told you to keep the paper receipt and joked about saving the trees. Well. You didn't give me my second burger."

She answered in a hurried, annoyed and mean tone, "Yes, we do remember you, but we know for a fact that we gave you both sandwiches. We aren't going to give you another one, so go. You're holding up my line."

Seriously? This is customer service? This is a joke. I wish I had gotten the girl's name.

To management and corporate: if you wonder who did this, look at your drive up window cameras for Friday, September 1st 2017 at about 8:30 pm. She was the bigger girl with regular brunette hair. The one with brightly dyed hair was actually quite nice.

Won't ever go to this Wendy's again. I work hard for my money, and I don't appreciate being (rudely and aggressively) called a liar without ANY effort being put into finding out if I was right.
