Wellborn Cabinetry has been a FANTASTIC cabinet manufacturer to work with. They make sure to send all of their dealers to their plant to make sure they have the information needed to successfully sell their product. Their customer service is wonderful; I never have to wait more than an hour to get an answer. What my clients and I REALLY like about Wellborn is their lead time, which is 3.5 - 4 weeks on the majority of their doors & finishes. The market I'm in is very competitive for cabinetry, and Wellborn has been able to offer a superior product at a price that can beat most of my competitors. My clients and I would recommend Wellborn cabinetry in a heartbeat!!

Wellborn has produced some of the highest quality cabinetry I've witnessed by a plant in my career. As I've had business dealings with over 12 cabinet companies the quality and craftmanship is unsurpassed. Visiting the plant and taking in all they actually do here will blow anyone's mind.

Ordered cabinets in March, still aren t in production. Failed deadlines with no even a whisper of apology from Wellborne or the dealer, could ve ordered better cabinets with more options online with better feedback & customer service. Now waiting for the nail in the coffin bc I expect them to arrive incorrectly. How can I expect a quality product with such horrid customer service.

My contractor ordered cabinets through Wellborn in March 2021. I was given a time frame of arrival of June 14. Then Mid July, then Mid August, the last was a commitment of Sept. 27th. I just received a phone call from my contractor on Sept 17th telling me that they haven't even started production and now the commitment is Oct 11th. I understand production delays, but this is ridiculous. It's already been 6 months since ordering and IF they even ship by Oct. 11, it will be 7 months from date of order. I worry about the quality too should they arrive. If you are planning on a remodel, I definitely would rethink any decision on ordering from Wellborn.

I would not Recommend Wellborn Cabinets to anyone. I understand production for anything in the home industry over the past year has taken a long time. With that said, I ordered the cabinets early March. I was told 6 weeks. The day I placed the order it changed to 10-12 weeks. Once we got to 10 weeks it switched to 14 weeks. From that point, they have not been able to get me a date of when they are going into productions. As of last week, I was told they would be going into production that week. The week past, nothing. After my retailer spoke with a manager again today, they are now saying next week, but not %100. I have also called Wellborn myself a few times. Every time I call, they have no idea what s going on. They don t know how many cabinets go into production, they don t know how often they go into production, they don t know how many cabinets are in front of mine. I asked if my order gets put into a lottery, and if it s just random since they didn t have any answers she basically agreed with me and wouldn t say that it s not a lottery. Maybe, before the pandemic they were a better company. But, ever since the pandemic, their weaknesses have shown through big time.

Ordered kitchen cabinets months ago. Have been told for weeks that they would be arriving January 22nd until today (they day before they were expected), when I was told they were delayed with no reason or explanation. We reached out to the store we ordered through and I was told this morning that the Wellborn representative with that store would be calling me. Still waiting for a response from that rep. I called the company and was transferred around 3 times before eventually just getting a voicemail. From my experience, timeliness and follow through are certainly not qualities of this company!

ETA: I spoke with an Anita at the company who was incredibly dismissive of my concern and could not provide any information.

If you are thinking about ordering through this company, think again. Especially if you are under any kind of timeline. We also ordered bathroom cabinets through this company at the beginning of January and we re told 2-4 weeks for delivery. We now have an estimated delivery date of mid February. They have a no cancellation policy after 24 hours. I was promised one thing at time of order and something completely different in actuality, while being provided no recourse. Had we known the facts at time or order we would have made different decisions.

I was informed today after being told for the last 14 weeks that my cabinets where on for delivery, which was supposed to be the first week of September, that they haven t began production. The reasoning provided was their staff isn t showing up to work because unemployment is more lucrative. I m shocked that this would be given as a reason and was advised that I should just cancel my order and find a different company. I m beyond frustrated and will never consider working with them an option again. This is just sad.

We ordered our cabinets the first week of April 2021 after extensive renovations on our home. We were told 10-12 weeks then told by the end of July then told by the end of August. It s how the end of September and we have been told very little except the same line week after week, nobody is working because of covid. Can t get any help. We were told that once they start our cabinets, it ll be 13 days to build, then another five days to ship. Not to mention that we can t even have our granite ordered until our cabinets are in and that takes five weeks after being measured.
Let me just say that I work in healthcare, and worked in a covid unit. Last Thanksgiving, I was very sick with covid. I got these cabinets to have a nice custom kitchen BY THIS THANKSGIVING!! And it s now not going to happen! Almost 6 months without a kitchen. RIDICULOUS AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

Excellent quality, really first class work, but not the quickest on delivery.
