I have been a customer for about 1 year now and I am very satisfied. In sales discussions over the phone, the wishes of the customer are very much taken into account in order to choose the perfect wine that has always tasted good up to now. In addition, very friendly staff and the wines have been absolutely great so far. I also think it's very good that my saleswoman draws my attention to new promotions, some of which are very generous in getting free wine. So both sides benefit from it. In any case, I will continue to order my wine there in the future, because the advice is simply very friendly and top, and a wide range is available, so that there is something for everyone. I also recommended this dealer to my friends, as they were very enthusiastic about the wine and its quality.

Beware of CHEATERS !!!! Intrusive telephone sales the promised "Amarone" is a cheap "Vino Rosso" without an exact designation of origin. If you are looking for cheap wines at excessive prices, this is the right place for you. I have returned the goods, fees are now being charged. You won't get a single cent from me, if need be we'll see you again in court!

As mentioned by Jennifer Morf, I got a call regarding a poll for wines. A few weeks later I got a second call, in which I was offered a 6 red wine. I thought "why not?" Plus, I got two bottles of the same wine. I'm not a "wine connoisseur", even if I'm not thinking about food in such dimensions. In my opinion, everything in this direction is a matter of taste; and personally the ordered wine tastes excellent.
As far as the handling of the process is concerned, I hardly see anything negative about it; The woman on the phone was very friendly and accommodating, not the usual grumpy behavior on surveys on the phone. Also on the second call again positively surprised.
The only point was that the first call a number was used, which does not close on the company, which makes the process only primarily not too serious. (Therefore only 4 stars)
I can well imagine that in the first moment this will leave many with a false impression and you are very skeptical on the second call.

When selling by telephone, it exerts a great deal of aggressive and psychological pressure, even if the person called says they do not want to buy anything. Don't respect what the customer says. Calls again and again although asked not to do so because the customer is already 90 years old and does not want to buy any wine. An example of how insecure and elderly people are ripped off without respect! You can also see that in the bottle prices that are charged because the old woman said yes at some point (to whatever) to get rid of the caller ... Hands off this company and serious companies that value the customer take shopping, sure but not here.

I ordered there once and I tell you all from experience that this is the biggest garbage is the glasses you can only get free from 12 bottles
In any case, do not buy wine here, you will only be ripped off. So be careful and order NOTHING I had a good conversation with an employee on the phone and he explicitly told me that the free glasses are only available from 12 bottles and the employee was very personable and very honest who said everything to me talked for almost an hour.

And this Walter is a brazen bastard he called me sometimes and I said no no no and he didn't accept that and turned me on even more crap

What is interesting is that it has very few review...

What is interesting is that it has very few reviews of the company (or it was some time ago), which in my opinion suggests that the rest of the consumers are perfectly satisfied. Negative reports also arise from misunderstandings or a process that made an error, e.g. Insufficient emphasis on process, service and product. It can happen anywhere. These few experiences say too little about the company itself. It's best to keep your own experience. I think it's a shame that people ignore the positive experiences, which also leads me to conclude that such people themselves have some ignorance or simply like to infer everything from themselves (their own experiences), which I personally have to generalize (in which the word common occurs). In many cases, assessments are definitely useless.

This company is represented at trade fairs and is well known.

So it should be up to each individual to personally form their own picture, that's only fair.

For those who have had a bad experience, I am sorry, could certainly have turned out differently.

TELEPHONE TERROR: It is mandatory to ask customers at least every 3 months, some want to make repeat orders, out of respect for the customers, which is not withheld from anyone. The definition of people who have had too little contact with customer service in life, this process of showing interest in the customer, seems to always be an ailment or is even rated as aggressive.

In addition, it makes things easier that there are always people who still like to order wine. Either you call back from time to time or you are suddenly very interested, which is why the clause resulted in such a way that you would rather ask again several times. There can always be demand.

An absolute disaster. I participated in a survey. A lady then called me a few weeks later and told me that I had 1 bottle of wine as a gift because of the survey. If I want I can order it cheaply afterwards. After I was assured 4 times that I did not have to pay anything (I am a student and I also told her that I could not pay anything), I agreed. Then I received 16 bottles of wine for CHF 250. From this point on I have been dealing with them for 7 months to pick them up again. After 4 months it was finally picked up. Then it was said that I didn't send everything back and that I had to pay an amount. This even though I had the receipt that everything was picked up. I received several reminders and was treated incredibly unfriendly and even laughed at, especially by the head Walter Schilter (head of sales) himself. It's a shame !!!

Not worth a star. Aggressive telephone advertising. "Negrone", which has been gossiped on us, is nothing more than an ordinary Italian red wine, which you can buy in a tetra pack for 5 francs per liter. No designation of origin! Pure deception for someone who has no idea about wine. Steer clear of this dubious company.

I have to admit, I was very skeptical when I got the first call. I was even so skeptical that after I placed the order and saw the reviews, I called back and canceled the order. But alright, the lady on the phone was so friendly and convincing that I finally tried.

A few days later, the recommended wine was delivered to my door. I got a box of 6 red wine and a 6er white wine. To try from both wines ever 2 wrong. Unfortunately, the wine was not quite our taste so that we have the two boxes returned. I have reported by telephone and without a big if and but the lady on the phone has taken up my return order.

4 weeks after my call, the wine was picked up. That too was very uncomplicated.

I think it's fair to report this positive experience! I was really skeptical about the previous reviews and you have to be honest - people like to talk about their bad experiences! But it is still fair if you support those companies that want to do business in the sense that they share positive experiences with the world.

Therefore, my thanks for the great service and the uncomplicated way! However, we prefer to drink South African wine and could not make friends with the French :-)!

Ordered 2 red wines. A French Marselan and an Italian Primitivo salento. The Marselan exactly met my taste, the Primitivo salento didn't pick me up personally, so I wanted to test the return. As promised, the wine was picked up at my home without any problems. I am positively surprised because I have never ordered by phone and still everything worked very competently and without complications. Therefore 5 stars from me and would definitely order wine from lucien metairie again in the future.
