James Wellman has got to be the worst real estate person ever. He will bumble everything from start to finish then try to push you into something you don't want to do. He has no business being in the real estate industry. Do not use this guy!

Agents have no idea what is going on with their listings. Don't return phone calls or emails. Not sure why banks even give them their REO listings

Despite the review that Dennis & Scotty left, I have never had an issue with The Zubretsky Group. They are incredibly nice and very professional. There is always someone there if you need to talk about any issues and they are incredibly patient. I highly recommend anyone in this group.
We just bought a HUD home with John Zubretsky, and anyone who knows HUD will know that achievement is close to miraculous. John knew and understood all of their requirements, he skillfully guided us, and in response to our many questions he was always fast with his replies (or even immediate). I own property next to a property that Weichert is listing. The Weichert property is vacant and its sidewalk was never shoveled this year (2015), despite requests. The sidewalk is a fairly high traffic area which included school children. I can only imagine that this professionalism extends to other areas of Weichert Realtors.
