We just bought a HUD home with John Zubretsky, and anyone who knows HUD will know that achievement is close to miraculous. John knew and understood all of their requirements, he skillfully guided us, and in response to our many questions he was always fast with his replies (or even immediate). We were never left wondering or worrying, just at peace and with a total understanding of what was going on, in the midst of a very difficult transaction. John really knows his stuff, in terms of both experience in dealing with these situations and in general of how to run his company.
