Well, in all honesty, I don't see them as a spectacular rental company, let a decent one. They have apartments that are rodents, roaches, etc infected. Don't rental from them. They are all about the money, that they are receiving.
Prairie courts.. The management has no compassion at all for their tenants very rude my parents are elderly and have made repeated work orders to have their ac fixed they are both diabetic and management refuses to fix ac stating the apts are old what do we expect both my parents contacted covid and have a rent relief program that are currently trying to help my parents get rental assistance the management is so rude and do refuses to wanna let them get rental assistance due to her have a personal problem.wth my 70 year old mother very unprofessional this is the first month she's been late please do no rent here management very rude nothing get fixed or resolved very incompetent management ...Prairie crooksshould be the new namefor these apts ...
Can't ever reach a person in the Dallas office. They hire rude unhelpful people (Dallas Apts).
Their leasing offices are very poor managed, they try to charge you for bogus extra charges. Was told eviction process due to no payments from tenants but was paid by TRR, but I actually had a previous lease that I paid all 12m myself. They are unorganized and have no clue about their residents. BEWARE!
My car was wrongfully towed at the Running Brook apartments and was left with damage. When i went to the office, I was told that they will give me a call back and never did so I called to see if there was an update and all i got was the information was sent to the tow truck guy to investigate and he is a honest man when there are working cameras right in front of my car. Don t understand why anyone would need to investigate when again the cameras are pointed directly in the view of my car.

I have had a letter sent to my apartment and the ones surrounding me about being rude to maintenance and proceeded to cut off the hot water for a WEEK ..that s not even the worst to come to this review, I have put MULTIPLE orders in with issues and it s like pulling teeth to get these people to fix anything. Not to mention the bug infestation they clearly won t address Now here we are a WEEK later of a order I ve called and submitted request of a leak in the ceiling due to all the rain we ve had and they came this morning stating they would glue it to fix it. Mind you this is there upgraded unit. I want to move out and just accept the eviction at this point Management is the absolute most unprofessional people I ve encountered as I am a manager of a million dollar store I know the way customers complain sometimes is ridiculous BUT this apartment complex has the worst at everything coming to living here. I will be trying to call corporate here shortly since I ve had to make a insurance claim on everything ruined due to this leak. ALSO my door was kicked in while I was out of town and there still not addressed the door not locking anymore or coming to fix it.
advertised amenities are false and is being advertised falsely. as of the past 18mo. 1. pool has not been open even though laws lifted for covid19 and other apartments in the area pools are open. 2. NO and have not had a clean sand pit volleyball court and net in the past two years. it is weeds and grass no net and dog poo every where. 3. mail boxes have been broken into and remain unsecure and no security lighting for resident safety. 4. dogs on property allowed to run free by owners poop in waling areas. 5. all gates are broken, allowing anyone to drive in or walk in on property for the past two years. multiple thefts.
I advise anyone who is thinking of renting through this company and with any of their properties to not do it. I was assured that I would be approved with one of their properties paid a $50 application fee and a $150 admin to receive a call saying that they couldn t approve me and that I would not receive a refund for at least my admin fee..when told that was not communicated I was hung up on and my calls were not answered.
Applied at The Harrison Apartments. Was told I made too much money and would get application fee returned. It has been two months and I cannot get an answer as to when. I also applied to Regal Crossing apartments not realizing they were the same management company. The managers was not professional, I was given the runaround and have not been able to get anything but a message that my refund is processed from the GM. I was in contact with apartment manager who told me I was not getting my money back. Since when does the manager override the General Manager. I would appreciate a definite respond and my money back.
I am an air conditioning tech with 42years experience in the field. The unit in my apartment is down . I called the office and offered to take a look at my own a/c . The manager told me to go ahead. I took a look at the machine and determined it to have a set of contactors sticking. I went to where the maintenance men were working and told them that I would replace the contactor if they would supply it. The maintenance man , Humberto, scalded me like I was a child in this care. I am a rent paying resident. I am not very happy with the Smart Mouth Humberto. Since there isn't a way to contact his Superior's. I will simply post this complaint.
