Small selection for what I thought was a big store..The suburbs have much better and more items...

Great store. I've been shopping at Wegmans for a long time. I work of wegmens as well. It a good company to work for. There is a lot of benefits. The store are maintained to a good quality, there's a wide spectrum of services and friendly staff. They are also conveniently located.

What can I say it's Wegmans the best grocery store in all of America. You will never find something bad to say about this place, as everything is great from prices to customer service. If you've never been to a Wegmans you're not living your best life.

It's Wegmans, there isn't anything not to like. The best Meat in the area. You really won't get that anywhere else in Rochester. Clean restrooms around the clock, good hot prepared food, a great selection of beer, awesome bakery delights and pretty much anything you need 24 hours a day in the grocery industry.

One of the newest Wegmans in the area. They have almost as much selection as the Pittsford flagship Wegmans but can be a bit quicker to get through because of its more compact size.

Best Grocery Store in the country hands down!! Wegmans is Rochester,NY!!

Wegmans is amazing, I cannot say anything bad about the stores themselves. My problem with this Wegmans is the parking lot. I have seen so many almost accidents in this parking lot that it is actually alarming. The traffic directors don t even really help, they almost worsen things because the signals are not always clear. Best to go to this Wegmans late at night, no parking issues!

I was in and out quickly to get some anti-acid while driving through. I found what I needed easily, they had a good selection, and the price tags were easy to read with good info on them. Also the bathroom was nice and clean.

Wegmans is very greedy with high priced . The public has lost the products choices as Danny tries to sell his own brand names and pushes the others brands out the door.

It does not feel as spacious as Wegmans in Henrietta or Pittsford, but it has all the Wegmans essentials you would expect.

I like their deli the food is always fresh and peaceful dinning area.

What can I say. Arguably the best grocery store in the world. Has a bit of everything. Quickest checkouts you will find anywhere. Fair prices. Overall excellent store.

They have some really good samples of food to taste and some of the prices are very reasonable

Loved the Model trains above the meat department in the Rochester store. Told a model collecting Doctor out here in Seattle. He said he knew of other Wegman's back east that had trains in them as well. Anyone know their story? Is there one of the chain owners that love model trains and put them in the stores? Thanks for the visit out there. Family enjoyed the trip.

I didn't realize how much I missed Wegman's until I moved to Boston for a few years. This store was recently remodeled, and the new parking lot is pretty messed up, but the inside of the store is beautiful and about twice as large now. Fix the parking lot and it gets 5 stars!

Sometimes ex business partners should put a lid on it the lady at the front door does not care about your problems. She will run her mouth off the first chance she gets and incriminate you with law enforcement or tax dept or whoever

This Wegmans is a necessary evil at best, a total nightmare at worst. The parking lot is the most egregious possible design ever and just one of a list of items that makes me avoid the whole store at almost any cost.

I've heard it said that this is the greatest grocery store on the planet earth. It is pretty good. There's a model train that drives around suspended from the ceiling in the beer section and the deli is more than impressive.

Always has what I'm looking for. If I cant find it I just ask one of the many associates that are out on the floor. Great and friendly service!

Love this wegmans. It's very clean, upscale, and nice! If there weren't 3 or 4 other wegmans closer to me, I'd def shop here all the time.

I have always herd Wegman s was haunted, but the other day I was buying cereal at the Rochester Wegman s and ended up talking to this old man named Robert for a minute. He was very kind and everything and after the brief amount of small talk about the Wegman s brand he left to go down one of the aisles behind me (The cereal is on a back wall.) And when I turned around to go in the other direction, I saw the same old man walk out from a different aisle about 20 ft away. It'd only been about 3 seconds since he left, nowhere near enough time for him to run down one aisle, past two more, and up another one and back to where I was. And then I stepped back to look down the aisle where he left, and there was no one there but a lone orb, then I looked back toward the cereal and he was gone. So I'm pretty sure I had a ghost encounter with Robert Wegman in the middle of the day. WILD.

24 hours - very clean - super fast free Wi-Fi. Higher end supermarket. Equivalent to Loblaw or Metro in Toronto.

I have shopped at grocery stores all over the US and no one brand beats Wegmans. I saw they were putting in an automated check-out section in the East Avenue store. Almost fainted! The Dark side!!!! When I recomposed myself I saw it was for seven items or less. OK. That works. I don't have to use it and suffer the indignities slung at me by a machine that can only count zeroes and ones. Whew!

Worst customer service I have ever received after asking for a simple return on a gallon of milk that was rancid. Apparently Wegmans would rather keep the $4 and lose a 7-year loyal customer and supporter of wegmans. I will never shop at Wegmans again and I m sad to say that on general principal, I can t continue to support a company that doesn t back its customers or community.

Wegmans has high quality store brands and take out food. Well worth the price and the trip. You can always get delivery as well which is a great option. You can't go wrong with Wegmans.

My father recently went to Rochester on a business trip. There, he found a Wegmans and fell in love. He said the food variety was insane. A good wholesome store that is an experience for the whole family.

Everything you could possibly want from fresh produce to gourmet prepared meals. Impressed that staff often walks customers to what they inquire about rather than pointing. Fresh flowers and arrangements will impress as will the bakery display and olive bar.

Grew up in Rochester, back for a visit from Idaho. Best grocery store chain I've encountered...

I've come here a handful of times since the new store opened. Every single time I've been here, the people shopping there were extremely rude, as well as the employees. I am a Wegmans employee myself, and if employees at our store acted the way these employees act, they would lose their jobs. I probably won't be back. It was very crowded as well. It made shopping very stressful.

Wegmans is hands down the greatest grocery store in The Universe.
