We've virtualized our office server 8 years ago and always had issues no matter what. We switched to Webhosting cloud solutions a few months ago and it's all perfect : support is responsive, server latency times are so low you dont even feel like working on a remote server (where ever we log from : Paris, Italy, Caribbeans, using DSL or 4G). Also they took care of the exchange servers migration. I'm just so sorry I didn't find these guys earlier.
