I've used customer service on a number of occasions and they've always been extremely helpful. I lost the data for a good number of orders on by QB desktop and having these orders still on Webgility made it easy to restore them!
Shekhar was very helpful in correcting the issues I was having with posting my orders. Also gave me instructions to help with any future problems I may encounter. September 2019 we entered into an agreement with Webgility to be our third-party automated platform to transfer all of our orders into our Quickbooks properly and the way we needed it to be. It was discussed that the entire integration would take a month or two. It was also mentioned that the first months would be free due to the integration process. Oct 23rd, 2019 we encountered our first issue when it came to the integration, that first ticket turned to 2, 3, 4 until now we couldn t even count the number of tickets (issue) we had with their tech support. We aired this concern with the Webgility team early on. We even agreed to Webgility s request that we get a new computer for their system which didn t help and even spent thousands of dollars to upgrade our server just to accommodate Webgility. February of this year we complained that we were being charged for overages which was due to going over the limit of the number of orders we were allowed, which we felt unfair because all the orders that were being downloaded were all tests since by that time the system was not even done with integration. We were promised that all these charges will be reversed but never did. Our orders were still not properly transferring to Quickbooks as promised. Webgility admitted fault and promised to fix the issues immediately. By that time it was already way past the 1-2 months promised integration date. Also, March of this year we were charged for an annual renewal which we questioned at the time and was just replied that your rep will be looking into it since it was clearly not yet a year that we were with you guys we also requested that the start date to be changed since we still aren t able to utilize your services due to the piled up issues we are having, which we were just told that the request is being forwarded to the managers and never had any answers about this. May 20th of this year, after our earnest attempt of working with your team into making your software work for us, even going to the extent of us changing our hardware spending money and some of our processes just to accommodate your services, we reached out and decided that we have invested money, countless hours and man power to no avail and asked only to be refunded since our agreement of Webgility being our automated accounting e-commerce partner did not really came into any fruition. There was even a time that one of Webgility s tech support made some changes on our Quickbooks without doing any data backup which messed up our record big time and had to spend again extra man power and hours work to correct our records. After that we were promised that all issues would be fixed if we did not cancel our account. We gave you a chance to work on it but again nothing has been fixed. By June 18th we decided to cut our losses and finally accepted that this is a failed project. We decided to cancel and asked for a refund since nothing has been done except for hundreds of hours of additional labor and additional expense to us. After multiple follow ups, it wasn t until July 23rd that we were replied with our request for a refund was not granted. We don t think that this is fair since your product never worked in the first place as promised.
Excellent Customer service. Very easy to get a real person on the phone compared to other services we have used! I would high recommend Webgility! Vibin helped me out today and got my issue resolved in a timely manner and helped me through the entire process. Deal with confidence.
The tool is well designed but the support has been the shining star. They are accessible and able to help when I reach out. Nice to know when I call I'm going to reach a person that will answer the phone and work to resolve issue.

Nikhlesh Verma was just extremely helpful in assisting me with a very complex problem. Not only were his technical skills admirable, but his manner in dealing with my near hysteria was very helpful. Webgility has been a really great addition to my systems management, allowing me to integrate by Big Commerce and Amazon Stores with my shipping and Quickbooks. Saves me tons of time. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for integration help. I've tried 2 or 3 others over the years and this is the one I am staying with.

Was able to get our issues solved with an explanation of the reason why it happened in the first place. Support is always helpful and responsive and there is always someone available to help me out and even do a remote session so that they can easily understand what's needing to be done. Nikhlesh is always a big help and it's made the transition to using Webgility easier.
