Horrible, horrible experience. Called five times on different days holding at least one hour each time. Today I called and after holding for two hours rep answered.
After being on hold with the rep for another 45 minutes I was told the grill I purchased and paid 2Day shipping for was on backorder. Not to mention Weber already took my payment and their site showed in stock. I ordered, 2day delivery, on May 24th not until I called, again, on June 4th was I informed grill on back order.
I emailed Weber prior to today twice; no reply. I sued their automated callback option twice prior to today; no callback.
Overall, extremely poor customer service. COVID is impacting everyone, yet others orgs are still figuring out how to provide at leat the most basic customer service.
Not that it matters to Weber but I will deliveratly never purchase another Weber product.
Re.: Order 53233605. Request.: 1229805. An additional month of weber non-responsiveness (to emails, calls and voicemails) has caused me to contest the charges with my cc issuer. However, upon posting, my issue was quickly resolved to my satisfaction.
Worst customer service experience ever!!! they don't abide by their warranty!!! they base facts from photos without actually sending someone to look at the BBQ. What a Micky mouse company!
Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Received the wrong parts and have been trying through email, web, and phone to reach a customer service representative for 30+days. Sent parts back with a letter (with proof of delivery) and have still not been able to received a credit or any information at all. I WILL NEVER USE WEBER again!!!
absolute horrid customer service, shame on you, no help for two years with a simple problem, disconnected fom phone line over and over, wait times up to 30 minutes for months, i give up im throwing the grill out, buying from another maker.
Customer service is NON existent. Have been sending an email everyday for the past 4 days to customer service. NO response to date. WEBER appears to be shut down to all consumer issues. Horrific and unexceptable.
The giant grill is an awesome picture point if you re in the area. I wish they did tours.
I had to order almost $300 dollars in parts to fix my grill. We received them yesterday and put most of them on. Got to the bottom panel and took it off. The sides disintegrated and called to replace the. Another $225 dollar. Save your money! I would not have spent the extra $225 but we already put on all the parts and I would have nothing!!! Again don't waste your money.... This is my 3rd and last weber I will ever buy. Your Quality has gone down hill, please note metal comes in different qualities.
Called the customer service number, recoding said average wait time is six minutes. Waited 20 minutes and a recording came on saying that no agents are available and to call back later. What kind of customer service is that? Horrible!!!
I have owned several weber grills, gave them as home warming gifts to our kids. The last two grills I bought, one for myself 4 years ago and the other for our son 3 years ago are junk. The Weber company has decided to send all manufacturing to China and the quality has taken a steep decline. Very disapointing since my previous experience was all good. My current grill is only 4 years old and I have had nothing but problems with it. I need to buy a new one and it will not be a Weber for the first time in my adult life. I think I am better off buying another brand at half the price since it will probably last just as long as these new foreign made Weber grills. Weber at one time had pride in quality but that is a thing of the past.

Spent $3,000 on their top of the line grill. GAS LEAK!!! After only two days. Called their HORRENDOUS customer service. On hold for half hour, disconnected. Tried again, disconnected. Left callback, spoke to incompetent rep who disconnected me again. I will return it.
I called the customer service line and there was no answer. My plan was to go to the Weber store. I didn't leave a message guessing no one would call back based the the previous comments. About 10 minutes after I hung up I got a call from Rea who told me she's saw my number on her caller ID and explained she's in reception/customer service and asked how she could help me. I explained what I needed and the fact I wanted to come to the store to pick everything up. She told me the store was closed in May and there were no plans of reopening which is very disappointing! WEBER PLEASE RECONSIDER AND REOPEN THE STORE! CHICAGOLAND AREA PEOPLE WILL MISS THE STORE!! So I continued to explained my issues and what I needed. Rea was on top of everything and didn't miss a thing! She was great to deal with, a pleasure to speak to and she understood English. Unfortunately when you call customer service depts you get someone who can't even communicate properly. Not with Rea! She was AWESOME!! Thanks again for your assistance!
