Horrible, horrible experience. Called five times on different days holding at least one hour each time. Today I called and after holding for two hours rep answered.
After being on hold with the rep for another 45 minutes I was told the grill I purchased and paid 2Day shipping for was on backorder. Not to mention Weber already took my payment and their site showed in stock. I ordered, 2day delivery, on May 24th not until I called, again, on June 4th was I informed grill on back order.
I emailed Weber prior to today twice; no reply. I sued their automated callback option twice prior to today; no callback.
Overall, extremely poor customer service. COVID is impacting everyone, yet others orgs are still figuring out how to provide at leat the most basic customer service.
Not that it matters to Weber but I will deliveratly never purchase another Weber product.
