I called the customer service line and there was no answer. My plan was to go to the Weber store. I didn't leave a message guessing no one would call back based the the previous comments. About 10 minutes after I hung up I got a call from Rea who told me she's saw my number on her caller ID and explained she's in reception/customer service and asked how she could help me. I explained what I needed and the fact I wanted to come to the store to pick everything up. She told me the store was closed in May and there were no plans of reopening which is very disappointing! WEBER PLEASE RECONSIDER AND REOPEN THE STORE! CHICAGOLAND AREA PEOPLE WILL MISS THE STORE!! So I continued to explained my issues and what I needed. Rea was on top of everything and didn't miss a thing! She was great to deal with, a pleasure to speak to and she understood English. Unfortunately when you call customer service depts you get someone who can't even communicate properly. Not with Rea! She was AWESOME!! Thanks again for your assistance!
