Have purchased business and outdoor shoes, socks, hats, pants and shirts over the last decade ... store offers a wide selection. Very friendly and polite clerks and owner. Quality products that they stand behind. What might not be in stock due to season they can easily order. Highly recommend shopping at Webbs.

Best shoe store on Whidbey. Like the start of Nordstrom's. Guarantees. Returns. Great product lines. Most shoes are for island life, like Merrill's, Hokka One One, and some better brands. Also, has clothing, hats and other clothing accessories. They've always been very attentive and friendly.
My only complaint is that Google had their address incorrectly posted. It's at 1657 E Main, not 1651, which is next door.
Great store on Whidbey Island they have a nice selection of clothes and shoes. They could improve the customer service to ensure they offer assistance in order of arrival to ensure everyone is treated equally.
Great small town store with an incredible selection of shoes. No matter what I need shoes for- they always have something perfect for me! If you don't see your size, style or color they can order them for you. They offer a great selection of clothing as well. The ladies who work there have always been kind & friendly.
I just love this store. Their shoe selection is second to none and they literally have everything you need. I have shopped here for years and it only gets better!
This store was recommended as the place to go for good shoes on the island. I stopped today, for the first time, to purchase one, possibly two pairs of shoes. The one service person I saw was helping out another customer when I came in, she did say "Hello Missy" so she knew I was there. I browsed the she selection while I waited for her to finish with the other customer, assuming that she would turn her attention to me when she was done. Instead, she disappeared while a new service person came up from the back. I waited for her to ask if she could help me with anything, but instead she started doing some work at the front counter. By this time I had been in the store for at least ten minutes. Disgruntled, I finally left. As I walked out, the person at the front counter called out "Have a good day", so she had obviously seen that I was there. Not happy with their customer service. I'll go somewhere else, where people actually want to sell me something.
