I was really nervous after reading the reviews and taking on the note that is serviced by this company. And while I don't understand the high collection fees on top of the late fee (especially when under 30 days late no other mortgage servicer has ever charged $150 for being less than 30 days), so that's the ONLY complaint I have had.

Other than that, these guys have been pretty understanding and forgiving when my spouse almost died this summer and could not work for 6 months and I was circling my tail to pay the bill. We've been a few weeks late on everything behind since the temporary loss of income, including our note, but paid our late fee every time and they've been great and pretty forgiving. I have NO problem at all paying my late fee, I'm late, it's my penalty. So I would never complain about THAT. I am grateful the owner was nice when I called in and explained what was going on. The reviews made me really nervous wondering if I would get my head bit off. That didn't happen :)

I have not really ever had any bad encounters with them. I'll probably add on tax escrow to my mortgage in the near future. So, I really can't say anything bad about them at this point. I give them 5 stars fairly.

Any business dealings with this place have been complete disrespect. Over the phone and in person. It's disgusting how they run business and treat people. Read the reviews, I decided to try my luck with them and it backfired on me. A regrettable fact is that my family is stuck with them. Avoid this place at all costs please.

We never received our payment coupons and have checked repeatedly with the post office. Just because they have not received any return mail the owner wants to charge us $15.00 for a reprint or $5.00 every time we take a payment. Really?? Because I guess we re in charge of what the post office does when they are supposed to be doing their job. Also the owners other option in helping , was complain to the post office, which was done. But how is that a solution?? This is what happens when greed gets the best of you!! AND WE WILL NOT PAY ANY THING MORE THAN OUR HOUSE PAYMENT. If it was our doing, no problem! Absolutely ridiculous!! I hope they sell my account to another more competent company. On the upside, the receptionist was very nice and tried to help.

Love working with Escrow inc. they have everything organized and everytime I go in to make a payment. The gentleman in the front always makes sure to inform me on any possible late penialties I maybe facing. I ve always made my payments on time and have never had a issue.

I set up auto-draft for my payments, which costs me $25.00 to set up and $3.00/mo. I called because I had noticed my monies hadn't been collected. The draft is setup for the 1st, she claims they drafted on the 3rd and yet my bank doesn't show anything withdrawn. The female I spoke to referred me to take it up with my bank, understandably. But when I asked for her to explain an additional charge of $50, she cited that it was an insufficient funds charge. I asked where on the draft form agreement I signed, did it notify me of this as I was looking at my draft form as I spoke with her. She began having an attitude. I explained, in a very calm voice, that I didn't understand her attitude and that I am a legal student an was trying to understand the contract between her company and I. She laughed and told me I should have read my lease and to take my issues up with my Landlord. This happened at 3:30 pm on 04/06/2017. I did not want to argue and she was NOT going to give me answers but I guarantee that I will not renew my lease with my Landlord if these people are going to be robbing me of my money. Most places have an online option to make payments. Now she says I have to take them a Cashiers check. Huge mess and I've got a strong feeling it isn't the banks nor my error.
