Every time I visit the store I've noticed the same things , the staff are always smiling , they are always very helpful & nothing is a problem. They do their utmost to help. To each and everyone in the Waterford branch I say well done & keep it up

Worse and worse. Bought the game Ghost Hunt Evolution. As you can see in the photo, the price should have be 33.99. They made me pay 39.99 saying that the price on the box was wrong and REFUSED to make me pay 33.99, totally ignoring my claims
Anything I have checked and its a lot is not in stock they new they were opening qhere is stock. It will be in sometime in December no good. Go online order even outside of Ireland as our shops no supplying.
I visited the Waterford store today for my first time for our 8 month old. I had been buying things from Smyths online as we are an hour from the closest store. I was very pleasantly surprised. Great range and the 4 staff we encountered were extremely knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Clearly excellent training of staff here. Will most definitely return. Special mention to Luke who was so friendly and helpful, a lovely addition to the store.
