Re-routed all my email addresses which were about to expire and updated the web analytics services at the same time. If I could leave more stars, I would. Being based in Glasgow I was always unsure how this would work - but Ben has been absolutely fantastic. He signposted me throughout the whole process, responded to emails promptly, gave me enough info and even offered calls and video chats to ensure I was kept sighted of everything at every important moment. There were numerous times where he had spent some extra time to answer questions and make amendments! Ben had even taken the time to guide me and offered his own suggestions as there were a few areas I was inexperienced in, and those suggestions proved to be invaluable! Web Optic recently re developed our entire website from scratch, getting us out of a tough spot! We had turned to using WordPress in hopes of it streamlining our Web management experience, which turned out to be the Worst decision ever. We were swarmed with spam, bugs, server failures, the list goes on.
Web Optic helped us scrap the old website, and built us one from scratch and stored it there own servers for security and reliability. The website meets our needs and more, with a fantastic control system that allows us to have as much creative freedom as we need with making changes.

Ben & Dan are fantastic to work with. They built me a flawless website in under two weeks, with custom specifications & a bespoke control panel. I've used Web Optic for a couple of projects, but none larger than my digital coaching platform MyPhysique. What started out as a cool idea has completely transformed into an AI-like coaching platform that allows me to handle hundreds of personal training clients without adding to my workload.
