Web Optic Review

I ve been working with the team and Web Optic to design and rebuild my website and develop a new platform to host an On Demand Pilates Studio. I found them all to be professional, patient and highly responsive. I would recommend their services to anyone that s asks.

Having worked with Ben and the team at Web Optic on projects in the past, we have no issues with recommending them to our clients and contacts. We use them ourselves to host our website, and since we switched over our site runs much smoother, and ranks higher on google.

Web Optic did a great job for me transferring my existing website over to their server. Re-routed all my email addresses which were about to expire and updated the web analytics services at the same time. Completely stress free and with the minimum input from myself (which was the best part). I would have no hesitation in recommending Ben and his team.

If I could leave more stars, I would. Being based in Glasgow I was always unsure how this would work - but Ben has been absolutely fantastic. He signposted me throughout the whole process, responded to emails promptly, gave me enough info and even offered calls and video chats to ensure I was kept sighted of everything at every important moment. There were numerous times where he had spent some extra time to answer questions and make amendments! Ben had even taken the time to guide me and offered his own suggestions as there were a few areas I was inexperienced in, and those suggestions proved to be invaluable! I can not thank these guys enough for what they have done! I now have a modern-looking, fresh, responsive and user-friendly website and am damn thrilled with it:)

Web Optic recently re developed our entire website from scratch, getting us out of a tough spot! We had turned to using WordPress in hopes of it streamlining our Web management experience, which turned out to be the Worst decision ever. We were swarmed with spam, bugs, server failures, the list goes on.

Web Optic helped us scrap the old website, and built us one from scratch and stored it there own servers for security and reliability. The website meets our needs and more, with a fantastic control system that allows us to have as much creative freedom as we need with making changes.

Ben & Dan are fantastic to work with. They built me a flawless website in under two weeks, with custom specifications & a bespoke control panel. My website is unbelievably clean & easy to manage, and their communication is super efficient - Ben kept me posted & up to date on a daily basis throughout the build process and him & his team handle support queries within a matter of hours. I couldn't recommend them any more highly - whether it be for a company website or a more complex design project.

I've used Web Optic for a couple of projects, but none larger than my digital coaching platform MyPhysique. What started out as a cool idea has completely transformed into an AI-like coaching platform that allows me to handle hundreds of personal training clients without adding to my workload.

Over the course of the last two years, Ben, Dan & Shane have built a one-of-a-kind website, CMS & membership platform built around a bespoke coaching algorithm that allows users to gain, lose or maintain their weight by having their training and nutrition tailored accordingly.

Ben is an absolute legend, and it was his communication style that won me over - he's kept me in the loop on a daily basis in regards to the progress they've made, and they've never failed to handle any support queries within a handful of hours, even on weekends and holidays.
