I first visited the school about three weeks ago. I could not believe how much relief the student managed to give me on a problem that has plagued me for at least 12 years. The students are professional, thorough, and give exceptional treatment. I will continue to be a regular. You benefit from massage therapy and are the practice they need to perfect their craft!

The technician Saira was very rude and did not take mey appointment because I was late by 10 mins. I am new to this area and could not find the building and then parking near the building. But the receptionist lady was soft spoken and kind. This appointment was lingerjng on since more than a month because on my last appointment the technician called off and I was not informed and I went to the clinic and waited for 1 hour for my turn and they told me that the technician did not turn up. It is not fair as they make us wait for one hour not informing us about the absense of the technician but if the patient gets late due to traffic issues, they are rude and do not take the patient in.

Great place to go! As a school they teach their students to be professional and kind. I always leave feeling better and more relaxed than when I walked in. As someone with muscle damage, I will be needing massage therapy for a long time. This is an incredible place as the prices are low and the treatment is great! The students are welcoming and kind! Always a fun and relaxing environment

After a horrid encounter with VCMT administrative staff , WCCMT has been a experience unlike anything I've ever endeavoured. The faculty is great very knowledgable in their respected fields. They are readily available to students who may require extra help with classes. The student body is friendly and helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending this establishment, which maintains a proven track record of successful graduates. The course itself is gruelling and NOT for the faint of heart. Unfortunately not all who journey down this path make the cut, tough but yet a life lesson that prepares one's mind to deal with the real world. Optimizing the skill of critical thinking, working under pressure within time constraints, as well as having the fundamental bases to expound upon. WCCMT is a leader in the field of massage therapy.

The students give very different massage styles. Their enthusiasm and dedication is obvious. The hours appear to be very long for them though so I rate at four stars bevause they all seem exhausted from the workload. It should either be spread over a longer time or reduced slightly and I think they would have great training that way. The prices are excellent, but you cannot claim it on extended benefits as they are not yet graduated.

Had my first massage Oct. 16 and can't believe how it helped me. The pain l feel daily (because, l won't take pills!) was eased by this considerably. I went on the advice from the Multiple Sclerosis Society and am so glad l did. My 'masseuse' was knowledgeable and even had advice. On what l could do at home to help me with some my problems. Thank-you West Coast College for this help you have done for me. Plus, a thank-you to the 'masseuse' who looked after me for my appointment.

I booked for a 75min therapeutic massage today and I was very pleased with the service I received. The first 15 minutes was an analysis and Q&A session. The next 55-60mins was the actual therapeutic massage and the last 5 mins, I was given advice for stretches I can do. The student I booked with was very attentive and ensured I felt comfortable throughout the process. I would definitely go back again.

I have been to 2 different m/t's here in N.W. I have been to many R.M.T.'s in private practices over the last few years and these 2 students compare to them with no exceptions. I will definetly go back and would recommend to anyone to go try WCCMT. The only downfall I would say is the lack of parking nearby.

According to their website, the massage is for 75min and I thought there will be at least 50 min treatment considering paper works and assessments but I only received a 30min massage. I wanted to talk to someone who's in charge before I pay but they said you have to pay before we get the instructor. And when the instructor finally showed up, all she said is that it is what it is; these are students and not professionals. I said yes, I understand but maybe the school should change the website a bit and she said yes, maybe. In my opinion, this is not fair and right of the school to charge people for the amount they do with false advertising.

I went here for their prenatal massage clinic during my 2nd pregnancy and what a difference it made! The pricing is amazing, and the students were so professional. They made sure I was comfortable, supported by pillows, and always referred to their instructor for support if they were unsure how to answer a question I had. I had 3 different students work on me over a period of 5 months, and each one was excellent. I would highly recommend their prenatal massage clinic to any pregnant mama or mama-to-be, as well as their normal clinic. Very professional school!

The worst customer service ever! Never replied email or phone calls. I tried to contact them to book a registered massage therapy info session this summer, they didn't answer the phone so I left voice massages for them, but they never called back. A week later, I called them again, they finally picked up their phone and told me the info session I have tried to book is already full. Very unprofessional and irresponsible! If you want to go to West Cost College, I wish you "Good Luck!"

The school is great -- I know a few graduates. The clinic is really fantastic. You get great spa treatments for a fraction of the spa price. I've had better RMT -- well RMT-in-training -- care here than I have from some actual RMTs. "Spa stuff" like mud wraps are the same quality as spa treatments, only with *better* mud, salt rub, etc., and costs like 1/3 the price. They also have an infrared sauna that you can sweat like crazy in for about $15 for an hour.

I play a lot of sports and have had a lot of massages before - but I wasn't sure about going to a school to get one done. My buddy talked me into going...... I'm here all the time now - this place is great - very professional - the students know more than a lot of the therapists I've seen before! Lots of suggestions around stretches and exercises to keep me in line - I would tell anyone who is thinking about it - go - for sure!
