The worst customer service ever! Never replied email or phone calls. I tried to contact them to book a registered massage therapy info session this summer, they didn't answer the phone so I left voice massages for them, but they never called back. A week later, I called them again, they finally picked up their phone and told me the info session I have tried to book is already full. Very unprofessional and irresponsible!
