Aaron was our teacher for an Agile Scrum class, and he was great! Well-paced lessons, broken up by rewarding activities. I always hate the activities and ice breaker things - but, Aaron s activities were on-point and advanced the subject. It was a lot of fun, and I brought great stuff back to my daily work!!

The agile course was hands down worth every penny and then some. The course was both engaging and fast paced. Aaron tried to present agile it it's purest form without the bias that often bogs down the idea of agile because of various business and Enterprise deadlines and goals. We learned official definitions and got a wonderful notebook full of all the information we learned that we as a class filled out as the days progressed. All the material presented was colorful and easy to read. Even during the class we got to practice every concept as we learned it. Aaron made sure to allow a lot of time for questions. Group activities helped reinforce concepts by working with others much in the same way you'd imagine wanting teams to work in an actual scrum environment. I would recommend this class to anyone seeking their certified scrum product owner certification. I would certainly recommend Aaron as an instructor!
Project Brillian delivers interactive "training" and knowledge sharing on agile and scrum. Their materials are excellent tools to share with people in the organization so that they get a better understanding of agile and scrum. Project Brilliant just hosted a webinar on the recent changes to the Scrum guide - I am glad I could attend and participate in the discussion.
Highly recommend these certification classes, they are hands on and interactive. You are able to apply what you learn immediately upon return to work.
I did my ScrumMaster training with Aaron a couple years ago, and have continued my Agile Journey. I recently attended Project Brilliant Labs Scrum Guide 2020 Digest and was amazed. They have shifted and adapted to virtual training, and it was fantastic! Complete with dynamic break out discussions, I gained a lot from the training and the interaction.
I attended Aaron Kopel's CSM class a few years ago early in my agile journey, and the hands-on learning was so much more impactful than other PowerPoint-based training I had received. Afterward, my organization engaged with Project Brilliant to help us spin up multiple, scaled scrum and kanban teams, and my personal experience learning from and being mentored by Diana Williams, Ben Kopel and Bob Galen were invaluable.
Project Brilliant was exactly what I needed for my Certified Scrum Master training - including pointing out all of the ways that my previous Scrum experiences had let me wrong. (Turns out I didn't know as much about Scrum as I thought I did.) I (and our team) are looking forward to taking the Certified Scrum Developer training in 2021!

The CSPO training was excellent. Well organized, well presented and quite engaging. Aaron provides an incredible value in just 2 days. Lots of value independent of background or experience level. I was initially skeptical about delivery in a virtual environment, but Aaron's delivery and tools were incredibly effective. If you're on the fence about the decision to take this course, I highly recommend.
The SCRUM Master Training is Up to date, insightful and interactive. What I liked the most is that the SCRUM Framework was embedded in the training itself!

Project Brilliant had helped a company I work for go through an Agile Transformation. I was impressed with the change I saw and decided to go through their Certified Scrum Master Course. Aaron trained us and was one of the better instructors I've experienced. Although he had a rough outline of what he wanted to talk about, he didn't read off notes and instead talked about what he knew. If questions came up, he was more than equipped to answer them while still keeping the class on track. He included many exercises during the class that helped solidify concepts and were kind of fun. By the end when I took the exam, I felt more than equipped to pass the exam. I highly recommend Project Brilliant.
I attended the Certified Agile Leadership 2 Day Training. It was held virtually (of course). Aaron is a skilled and knowledgeable facilitator who guided us (18 attendees) through 2 full days of content and exercises with ease. I took the basic scrum master course and enjoyed it very much. I took the Scrumm Alliance test shortly after and passed no problem. These guys really are brilliant . Knowledgable, practical, engaging. You can t help but learn. It just happens while you re having fun. In other classes you have to search and hope for a few usable take-aways. With these guys, you leave motivated with the knowledge and skills to make change happen. I took the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) training, and it helped me earn my Scrum Master certification afterwards. Aaron conducted the class with activities, exercises, and discussions. The no-PowerPoint approach made for an active learning experience and was very engaging. Attendees discussed their real-life scenarios, and as a group, we discussed how to apply Agile principles to individual situations. Hearing other people share their situations and experiences was a great exercise. The class definitely helped me prepare for and pass the exam, and I very much enjoyed the training. I d recommend this company and classes.
