The absolute best! Don't go anywhere else. Deyna is amazing! Office and rooms are clean, comfortable, all treatments are affordable and you get what you want! Scheduling is so easy through her new app, you can pick when you want to come in without calling and talking to a receptionist.

Deyna is professional and pleasant. Her prices are fair and you get more than what you pay for in her work. Just make sure you are on time for your appointment, she doesn't play with that part.

Lori is amazing. She made me feel super comfortable and really welcome. So happy to have found her!

Found Deyna on groupon she is absolutely amazing at what she does she did not hurt me or make me feel uncomfortable i will definitely see her next month !

I won't go anywhere else! I have been getting waxed regularly every 5-7 weeks for over 3 years now and as long as Denya waxes in AZ i won't go anywhere else. I've moved from different spas around the valley and even different states so I've been to many different waxers and it doesn't get much better they Deyna. She minimizes the pain following your hair growth patterns and direction, i'm sure if you looked up Wax on Wax off you'll see how amazing she is! Go to Deyna and you won't regret it.

Noisy, not overly comfortable. Had salad over dressed. Ravioli pretty good bit would not go back.

Absolute WORST wax I've ever had in almost 2 decades. She BURNED me down there so bad it blistered and left a wound. I had to go to the doctor 4 days after because I was so scared!! Not only that, but I should have run away when I called asking for help finding her as I circled the lot behind Bashas' and Lori was very nasty on the phone ("Hello, is this S? If you're not here in 5 minutes I have to reschedule cause you're late" Me: "Oh hi, I'm actually circling the lot right now, can you help me?" "Lori: "It's in my email."). Immediate rude response instead of asking how she could help me find her. And then she brought it up again at the end of the painful appointment! Talk about RUINING my entire New Year's eve weekend!!!! I'll likely be contacting the state board as well. Ladies, please be aware there are way better options out there!!!!!!!

Lori is my favorite waxer but I have had services by the other employees and I still love it! They are all very welcoming and knowledgeable, I come here regularly and don't want to go anywhere else :) Highly recommend.
