An absolutely terrible business to deal with. Mileage tracker app is highly unreliable and unstable on android devices.
Getting tyres and required work signed off is a nightmare and the company will require you to wear your tyres to an almost illegal limit before allowing them to be changed.
When returning the car, we were given a 3 hour time window for the car to be collected. Ended up waiting for over 4 and a half hours for the driver to come and collect vehicles. Collection window was changed without my knowledge and within 2 days of said date. Am happy to not have to deal with them anymore and certainly wont be returning to them.

steer clear at all costs. totally incompetent. wasted 48hours glued to my phone waiting for a call back which never came i called multiple times and was fobbed off. still waiting for fuel cwrd that was ordered weeks and weeks ago.
not the first time they have shown there incompetence either. unfortunately it is the company that my company have decided to use. god only knows why.
i just hope that people see this before deciding to use them. i will be posting this in as many places as possible to ensure just that.
