I have worked for Wayne Marketing for about three months now and I can honestly say best place I have worked for! The environment here is so supportive and I have already experienced growth as promised!

My experience thus far has been amazing! I started in February and have built such great relationships with so many different people. The training and development aspect is the best part. You move up in the company pretty fast based off how hard you work which is awesome because you determine your own growth. This isn t your average sales and marketing firm guys. It s feels good to not have to come to work and feel like work. Highly recommend working here!

This is a place for those who desire a better life, bigger budget, traveling, and the ability to stop working for someone else. I m terrified for the typical 9 to 5er (more like 12 to 2er because Maoist can t put in half a day s work to save their life) that tries to come in here and function; you ll never make it. Couldn t be happier with the support staff I m aroubd each day, and the commitment to moving forward as fast as possible. I m not one to brag, but it s an opportunity of a lifetime and I m proud to be a part of the team.

Great group of people; breath of fresh air, especially if you re not a morning person; hours fly by, and it doesn t even seem like you re working most of the time; definitely not your typical train to manager position.

This place is amazing. The atmosphere is so empowering, it s very upbeat, we play music and family feud every Monday to get our brains moving. Everyone is so helpful and willing to help you grow. You progress SO fast in this business and the managers help you to achieve all your goals. We have CONSTANT bonuses and prizes on top of our base pay.

Thus far this is a good company to work for. The atmosphere here is uplifting! Been here a couple months and they are willing to work with you to make you the best person in the business.

The person doing the interviewing was very cold, did not give any information about the job.

This is more than a job this is a career....You won't find a better atmosphere where you can be your own boss!!

I took my previous review down to make sure I got my W2 from the company (only cause cause was worried from this review not because no one told me I wouldn't get it). I worked there for two months and my gross earnings were only 600$ including the taxed 200 dollar sign-on bonus. So I only made 400 in TWO MONTHS. The only good thing about this job is the atmosphere they provide in the morning and the coworkers. It honestly felt like a pyramid scheme. My advice is to do not even bother applying.. My biggest check from there was only 150$ and afterwards my pay checks were 35$ IF I even got a paycheck that week. They make it sound like a great opportunity, but I went broke after working there after a month and had to dip into my savings to survive. During my interview, the place seemed too good to be true, and it sure was. Most of the 5 star reviews are from employees that were asked by the manager to make the review. The only people who succeed are the ones sleeping with management, or the favorites in the office. I was also lied to on multiple occasions by management. I was told that I would get 50% of my sales during training when I only got 10%. I was told that my checks should be over or close to 1,000 a week, which as I mentioned before they never were. I could go on. You literally pay to work here because they do not compensate you for gas or food or professional attire weekly, but instead I was told they compensate you during tax time which isn't fair since I ended up spending almost 3,000 in my short time here. Do not waste your time and money at this company.

Working at Wayne marketing in Troy has been a whirl spin...I m able to go on road trips out of state to make more money, where we stay in cool air bnbs. The culture in the office is very immature at times, with there being a lot of younger employees. However it s fun when we are playing games you get to interact with everyone and get to know people a little better. The CEO is a little bit of an emotional person in my opinion and sometimes it s hard to get through to him but overall working for WME is a great opportunity to grown your clientele with any business that you are involved in. They have amazing trainers, who put you in the best position for advancement. If you are planning on working here please dress professional, image is everything! And don t be so surprised if you hear racist jokes! It s all for a good laugh.....!

I would say the way I was treated in the first 3 questions, I have an awesome resume and great people skills, can check references, I went through 2 interview/screenings before called to come in for a physical interview and was treated like garbage, would not do business or anything in the future with this company for its already failing as a marketing team, you gotta do the first part which is great people with respect, I wouldn t have even given 1 star
