We had a kettle lid that collapsed after maybe 5 years. Was it a design fault
or not? Spectrum replaced it with no hassles. Photos of the damaged goods were forwarded to Spectrum for follow up.

What an awesome company . Finally someone that knows customer service without having to make several follow up calls . They replaced a missing part (which the shop wouldn t )by sending me a replacement machine . Which they didn t have in store for a month though then sent it straight away .

They maybe good with the public but not so much wh...

They maybe good with the public but not so much when you are trying to purchase stock! They just send an email requesting payment with out sending an invoice! Are you kidding! Invoice was requested on Friday its now Wednesday and still no response. Pretty poor customer service
